Hello All...we have a single room to rent

Would suite a student or a young professional. Good access to macquarie uni or Western Sydney uni students or those contracted to work the northwest rail link project or northwest distributor.

The room is furnished with a double size bed and built in waredrobe. It also has ducted air-conditioning

Located in the Hills area and walking distance to Samantha Riley T Way, with direct transportation to Parramatta, Blacktown, North Sydney and the Sydny CBD. This is a safe area predominately residing professionals and really child friendly

Rent includes $150 per week and is inclusive of:
• Electricity
• Water
• Unlimited wi-fi internet NBN
• Use of appliances (tv, kitchen, fridge, washing machine)

You will have a lot of privacy

This is a 4 bed house, sharing with a professional couple (with one 8yr old) and one professional male.

    July 2014 – Passed the IELTS
    December 2014 – CDR submitted to EA
    March 2015 – Received +ve result from EA
    April 2015 – membership approved in EA (not required tho)
    April 2015 – EOI (DIBP)
    June 2015 – Lodged visa application subclass 189
    8 Sep 2015 – Additional Docs requested by CO
    21 Sep 2015 – Uploaded additional Docs
    13 Oct 2015 – Visa Granted (Subclass 189) – Happy!!!
    March 2016 – Initial Entry (Brisbane) – Bank account opened, medicare enrolled
    April 2016 - Back to work muna sa QA
    February 2017 – Big move!!!!

New SimplyStall Mobile App!

Hi everyone!

I'm very happy to announce PinoyAu Forum's new app called "SimplyStall" . It's a new Gumtree like service for Pinoys in Australia but in a way better!

So if you have any items just collecting dust? Why not convert it to cash?

If you are selling new items or products or wish to give an item away for free then this might be a good avenue for you.

This project is a new initiative to unify and have a common portal for Pinoys in Australia to sell and share stuffs.

It's now available on Google Play and Apple App Store.
