Hi guys, i'm a newbie here and just starting to process my application for Visa 189. I don't have enough knowledge with the procedures and requirements yet, just reading and researching to be 100% sure that I am doing the right thing. I'm a CompSci Grad and currently working as a System Admin..
I had a 3 years System Support experience on my previous employer and 2 years and 5 months on the current.
My question is... do you think it is better if I will submit my requirements to ACS for skills assessment on May 2019 so i already have 3years working experience on my current role? Or i can submit it now? Which do you think is better?
And if May 2019, can i already request for a copy of my employment evidence from my previous employer? Is it still valid? I also sent them an email and inquire if possible to include my duties and responsibilities on my COE. they agreed but i should be the one who will provide all the informations to them.
Thank you

@chyrstheen Wow! Ok thank you sa info. Will check sana nga hindi masyadong madelay.
Ang trick sa medical is to go the earliest. St Lukes at least 4 countries ang hinahandle niyan last I’d been there... maaga-aga na akong pumunta pero tanghali pa rin ako natapos )

@jamzy12 the earlier you process the better. assessments are valid for 2 to 3 years. its an employment reference that you need which includes mostly all what are the needed information for assessment as COE does not include all details you need. try browsing the net are for more details or here in the forum. You need to spend time in research if your are doing it your own.

@batman thank you gusto ko na nga iprocess un sa acs assessment kaya lang para sana mabuo ko un 3years ko.. ang hirap nga ng diy.. pero i plan to start this nman january 2019.. nagstart lang ako magprep.. para everything is ready na tlga pagstart ko Thank you
I've already lodge my eoi few months ago and expected to be invited next month.. I have already all my documents and my dependent's documents ready na para sa lodging ng visa if ever mainvite na.
Problem ko is my dependent (husband), is away for work (seafarer) and if ever mainvite kmi next month hindi sya makakapagmedical agad agad because his contract will end pa march 2019.

Sila mag ssponsor lahat ng visa processing and we chose the PR path na instead of 457 work visa

@bachelle sa ibang states required na may job offer para mabigyan ng sponsorship kaya advantageous pag meron kang employer agad.

@engineer20@bachelle if an employer is sponsoring you for a permanent visa then 189 nor 190 won’t be applicable to you. It would be 186 Visa subclass that you’d be applying for.
@chyrstheen yes po, dyan po ako naguguluhan. Sa pagkakaintindi ko that the 12 month rule will be based on visa lodgement date since eoi is not yet considered as an application, tama po ba?

Hi po! Question lang para sa mga nakapaglodge na. Nilagyan niyo po ba ng end date yung current job niyo or leave na lang since currently employed naman. And what if magresign ako after lodging, need pa ba iupdate ang immiaccount? If not, hindi po ba makakaaffect yun changes sa outcome ng visa? TIA
goodam everyone, question lang po sa pag fill up ng form via immi account before lodging visa 189 and form80. when you say "identity documents" - any national identity documents or numbers (including birth registration numbers, social security cards etc), kailangan po ba existing talaga yung document sayo? worry ko kasi is i have a SSS number that is provided by my employer but i don't have the physical ID or document. do you think i still need to include this in the forms? Thank you so much in advance & God bless!

@HELEN28 as I know depende sa job code. For me 261313 Software Engineer, parang wala pang movement ang 70 pointers since Oct 2017, only 75 up have been invited under 189. If you can still improve your English then go for it.

To satisfy this requirement, the couple must demonstrate that they have been in a de facto relationship for at least 12 months before the visa application is made. For migration purposes, a person is in a de facto relationship with another person if they:
are not married to each other
have a mutual commitment to a shared life to the exclusion of all others
are in a genuine and continuing relationship
live together or do not live separately and apart on a permanent basis
are not related by family.

assessments are valid for 2 to 3 years.
its an employment reference that you need which includes mostly all what are the needed information for assessment as COE does not include all details you need. try browsing the net are for more details or here in the forum. You need to spend time in research if your are doing it your own.

Pag mgrequest na ba ang CO for medical sa amin, my timeframe ba yun? Because hindi pa possible na mgmedical yung dependent ko agad 2x
Thanks sa makakapagbugay ng insight

I heard mahigpit ang invite rounds ngayon.. Submitted an EOI early this year, with 70 points.
Wala pa ring feedback, I just want to be prepared in case I have to make extra effort to gain more points?
