Hi all! Super new to this forum. I’m trying to migrate to AU. I am a leasing manager here in the Phils And was considering applying under the sales and manager category. But upon initial assement of respall, I don’t yet qualify as a senior functional manager as defined by AIM, the assessing authority. Would anyone have an idea what my other options are?

@micha Try mo yung occupation sa list na malapit sa occupation mo pero hindi manager level. For example marketing manager ako pero dahil hindi ako pasok sa requirements ng AIM nagpa-assess ako as marketing specialist sa Vetassess. Naging positive naman yung result.

I am a financial management graduate and have more than 10 yrs of experience in supply chain/financial reporting and analysis. Do we have a link for those applicants who are non accountants etc? May nagadvise po skn n mglagay ng cover letter bkt hnd nkkuha ng COE. Ang balak po tlg nmin ilagay lng sya pero hndnnmin ineexpect n macredit cya. Okay lang po kaya un? Hnd ko n cy pinastatutory. Sinubmit nnmin.

kapag hindi satisfied si assessor, ilalagay lang nila na not suitable yun. and since wala naman kyung intention na macredit yun, ok lang kahit hindi kayo nagpa statdec.

If you choose to reapply to the MSA program, do not include any employer that has been previously considered to not be relevant for your occupation. Therefore, we suggest that you do not include your employe

@Bjane to be sure, the safest is to ask TRA directly of any questions regarding their instructions. They’ll be happy to help. In that way, first hand information ang makukuha mo and if mapamali ka based on the info you’ve gathered from them, you can always refer to the written reply they provided you. That way, you’ve got the chance to dispute their decision since you can reason out. Good luck.

Question po uli, kelan po papasok ang fund or yung sinasabing bank statement, kung ang state na inaapplyan mo e nagrerequire ng certain amount/proof ng fund mo, sa pagloadge po ba ng EOI o kapag po nainvite kplng sk ka magbibigay?

Then po, sa mga nakaexperience, ksi po medyo malaki yung required amount lalo kung family at hindi lng isa ang anak, na kelangan manghiram muna sa mga kamaganak, ilang bwannpo na dapat nasa account ng applicant ung amount na yun bago makahingi ng bank statement? More than 1 month po b o pede kht 1 month lng?

Pangreasy lang po sana nmin sa mga susunod n stages sk requirements.

@cyborg5 Do you remember anung tests ginawa sa anak mo for TB test (skin or IGRA test?). Alam mo ba ung result from the clinic? Ako kasi ang ginawa ko noon, I asked Nationwide to send me the results, though hindi un ang sadyang basehan to guarantee that we are cleared from medical pero at least I have more or less an idea if may findings ba anyone sa kanila or wala...para na din sa peace of mind ko na healthy cla most importantly...

If ganyan status ng sa baby nyo, I think you just have to wait sa further advice nila as stated sa medical status ni baby.

Let's wait what others can say din, baka may similar case ng sayo.

Hi! Maglolodge na sana kami ng visa ng defacto ko (ako main applicant) pero ngayon pala attach muna docs bago Bayad. May query lang ako sana po matulungan niyo ako.

May hinihingi doon na “Member of Family Unit, Evidence of”, iba pa doon sa evidence for defacto partnership. Any idea ano difference nito or anong docs dapat ilagay dito?

Meron kami tag isang stat dec, joint bank account statement. Barangay and homeowners na certificate saying nakatira kami sa same house. Affidavit from my mom saying nakaira kami as a couple sa bahay nila since may 2015. Tapos may isang pinoy na witness sa relationship (stat dec), isang form 888 na stat dec (oz citizen), tapos yung photos and travel together.

Uulitin ko lang kaya lahat? Or sa evidence of family unit kahit stat dec lang namin individually about the defacto partnership? Yung iba doon na under sa evidence for defacto?

Hoping for your advise! Til oct 10 kami maglolodge. Yun na lang kulang atsaka passport photo na kailangan pala. Thank you sa makakatulong
