Need Advise: RBC and Blood Reading in Urinalysis

Guys.. need advise.. we have completed medical exam last Dec 28.. Ok naman except for my wife na nakitaan ng mataas na Pus Cells 4-8/HPF... so nag medication sya and kumuha ng medical certificate.. however, based sa bagong urinalysis nya.. tumaas naman yung RBC.. dati 1-3/HPF lang.. doon sa bago ay 3-5/HPF and yung blood nya ay 1+ .... need advise kung sa tingin nyo magkakaproblem naman sya sa bagong urinalysis results.. anybody na ganito rin ang reading sa RBC and Blood during their medical...We are planning to submit yung mga additional documents tomorrow... Ang worry ko ay baka paulit na naman dahil sa blood...

    Hello po sir. I have a feeling na ipapaulit pa rin ang U/A ni misis dahil sa nakitang blood +1. Kaya yung mga babae na may period or magkakaroon na ng period ay hindi kinukunan ng urine at pinapabalik na lang. Kasi nakikita po talaga sa microscope. Marami po rason ng rbc sa urine. Pwede kasi dahil may gamot siyang ininom para naman dun sa 4-6/hpf pus cells na nakita sa unang U/A. Yun po ang pinaka-logical na rason sa ngayon. Kung hindi ako nagkakamali, antibiotics ang binigay na medication sa kanya. Completed na po ba 5-7 days?

    Ang doctor po sa clinic will probably advice na ulitin pa rin bago submit to DIAC. Kung 0-2 rbc, baka makalusot po tayo. Pero 3-5, kahit na makalusot satin, baka mapansin din ng DIAC. Hindi naman significant po ang ganyang finding, nothing major at water therapy lang in my humble opinion. Don't worry po Sir, everything should clear up pag treated na siya. :)

    Hi Nadine.. thanks for the advise...actually 7 days after ng period nya yung kinuha yung urinalysis na bago.. so im thinking nga na wag na muna pumunta sa St Lukes.. umulit na lang muna .... baka sa kamamadali.. biglang ma referred naman.. mas lalong tatagal...yung sa pus cells.. pinag antibiotic lang sya ng 3 days noong doctor.. ok na naman.. 1-2 na yung pus cells nya sa bagong urinalysis...so ang problem na lang talaga ay yung blood..

    When po niya natapos ang antibiotics? Kakatapos lang ho ba? Pag may pus cells po kasi at nagagamot, hindi malayong mag-disintegrate ang cells mismo at nakikita yan sa microscope as rbc. Pwede din po residual infection dun sa ihi. Kumbaga, pawala na. Suggest ko lang po ulitin muna bago submit to DIAC. And always po namin advice to increase fluid intake during or kahit after antibiotics.

    HI Nadine.. thanks for the advice... 3 days syang nag antibiotic.. Dec 31 yung natapos sya..... sorry.. di ko pala nasabi na nagkaroon sya ng Dec 31 din... then yung 2nd urinalysis kinuha noong Jan 7... iniisip ko na baka yung blood in ay dahil sa katatapos lang ng mens nya..

    Guys.. i just got back from the clinic and another round of urinalysis for my wife.. current reading nya.. Pus Cells = 0-1/HPF and RBC = 1-3/HPF ... =D> .. Thank you Lord.. gumanda din yung reading.. Babalik namin sa St Lukes yung results next week....

    Another good news.. my email daw yung CO namin sa aming agent na may ganitong update...

    "I am awaiting the clearance of the final 2 medicals to make my final assessment on the application."
