Mga bros, mag tatanong lang..

For Victoria subclass 190, pwede isabay ang state nomination sa EOI? Kelangan na ba dito yung commitment letter? Kasi wala naman akong nabasang ganung requirement sa site nila. Kelangan na rin ba ipasa yung passport details, birth certificate, diploma and TOR?

For NSW visa subclass 190.. tama ba na lodge muna ng EOI? tapos mag eemail na lang sila if pwede ka mag apply for state nomination?

Sana may maka confirm if tama yung intindi ko.. thanks!

Hi everyone, may nakagawa na ba ng 2 separate EOIs for 190?

I'm planning to submit 1 EOI for VIC, and 1 for SS.

Sa VIC SS kasi, tinatanong kung may iba pa bang application sa ibang state.. I'm just worried baka may implications pag nag apply ako sa NSW.

I just scanned the original docs and uploaded them directly.

Form 80 lang sinubmit kong form. I just filled it out, printed it, signed then scanned again. Hindi ko na pina-CTC.

If 2 employers ka in 1 year, and yung job mo sa 2 employers na yun ay considered naman ni assessing body as relevant, you can upload them both.

ang pagkakaalam ko, once submitted indi na maedit. Anyway indi namn sia required. Accdg to the vic website:

You may be requested to provide additional documents if your application proceeds in the selection process. These documents can include:

1. trade qualification/certificates
2. education transcripts
3. evidence of licensing.

@Xiaomau82 bro, ang problema ko kasi, hindi ko nacheck ung box na meron akong bachelor's degree qualification outside AU.. d ko sya napansin habang nag fi-fill up ako ng form.

Ang concern ko is baka i-outright reject nila ako dahil nakasulat sa application ko is wala akong college degree.

Para sa mga nag apply for VIC state nomination, ano ba usually ang nakasulat sa email of acknowledgment na sinesend ng VIC government?

Sa akin kasi ganito:

Dear XXX,
Thank you for your email. The file has now been updated with the new information.

Please quote reference number XX-XXXX-XXXXX in all your communications to us.

Ang hindi ko kasi sure if napalitan na ba nila yung educational background ko.. baka kasi hindi pa at nakasulat pa rin sa kanila na wala akong educational background.

Hi @antigone! The sequence of steps would highly depend on your nominated occupation. For some, proof of English Language Proficiency (ELP) is not required in the assessment, so they do the assessment first. But for some, ELP is one of the requirements for the assessment, so they sit the IELTS or PTE first. So, I guess in your case, the first step would be to research about the requirements needed for your nominated occupation.

I started my application as single. although I have girlfriend i have not included her as a partner. even when I lodge and i filled out form 80.

We are engage by now and getting married soon. Disadvantage ba ang pag apply ng single, or should I have applied and declared in a relationship / de facto?
will this be a problem later on when we applied for her in aussie.

Hindi in demand ang field ko kaya sa NT nlng sya open minsan sa ACT din but very tight nag close agad.

My reason for not including my partner is I do not want to hold my application kasi pag SS need ng mabilisan ma submit due to the job posting requirements must be atleast 2 months.
I before I lodge hindi ko din sya include baka may mga docs na need nya and ma hold ako.
tama ba ang naging decision ko? has this been causing my application to be abit thoroughly checked due to the single status?

@jinkai ako kasi wife at son lang sinama ko sa application. di ko rin nilagay mother ko kahit na dependent siya sa akin. ang alam ko pag nilagay mo sa non-migrating family member kailangan din magpamedical at police clearance.

@archbunki di naman dahilan yung civil status kung bakit minsan matagal ang processing ng visa. ang opinyon ko lanh sa situation mo, sayang na hindi mo sinama as de facto sa application ang partner mo kasi mas mabilis at murang way ito to get a visa compared sa partner visa. di naman din makakaapekto ito sa pagpasa for SS kasi normally docs lang ng principal applicant ang hinahanap. magprovide ka lang ng docs for dependent pag naglodge ka na ng visa application.

once granted visa, u can apply for a spousal visa or prospective marriage visa. no issues na di mo dineclare as a de facto ngyn but i agree with the others, mas madali and cheaper sana if you have included her as a your de facto.

boss salamat... only pag naapprove nlng po ako mag apply. ung nga po naging dilemma ko kung baka di kami sabay makaalis. pero nag basa basa po ako parang na pressure na din po ako mag pasa agad agad, kasi po nag hahanol po ang ng validity ng job posting.

sana po mapprove na ang 489 para maayos ko na po. salamat po sa reply.
