@YoungJebediah yun talaga tinarget namin. Hinabol namin na maidagdag yung points bago mag July. Mejo worried kasi ako na baka pag nag release ng new list mawala yung occupation ko. You know whats more suprising? Sa old list, wala yung ICT Project manager sa NSW nominated occupation, kaya nung na invite ako, hindi ko ma explain yung feeling of happiness, yung tipong hindi ako nakakaramdam ng gutom sa sobrag saya lol!

So pano po un? Kung halimbawa nagpa medical pero wala pang visa lodge pwede ko na ba gamitin yung result once ma lodge yung visa? Or uulitin ko pa yung pa medical after lodge ng visa?

@Ozlaz thanks s reply. ung unang company ko dto s sg where i worked for 3 years, i only have last 2 payslips and i dont think nagtatago rn cla ng company since that was past 5 years n. ok lng kya ng IRAS tax assessment nlng ipasa ko to support employment?

@jerm_au16 wala rin akong payslips when i submitted my requirements kasi sa amin dati lahat was online..sinubmit ko lng for proof of employment are my COEs at tax returns..

Sensya naman, per month po ba ang tax return? Sorry for the dumb question, less than 2 yrs lang po kc ko nagwork sa pinas, at nung kopong kopong pa yun kaya limot ko na :-/

@jerm_au16 mas ok talaga yung IRAS na doc. Yung company ko kasi na yun, di ko na makita yung IRAS ko for that year kaya hiningan ako ng payslip

Hello Guys question lang po. When applying for VISA 189 po kailangan po ba na may IELTS ang husband ko po? Naguguluhan kasi kami some would say YES some would say NO you just need to provide parang statement na English is the language used in teaching in College and High School. Your clarifications will be deeply appreciated and God bless!

@ZboyandAngel if dependent ang husband mo, meron kang 2 options to prove functional english:
1. English test (PTE, IELTS etc.)
OR
2. Get a Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction sa college/university kung saan graduate husband mo

Hello Everyone,

Just to share this info:

Changes to the health requirement
From 01 July 2017, the health requirement for non-migrating family members has changed. Family members who are not applying for the visa (non-migrating family members) are no longer required to undergo a health examination unless requested to do so by the Department.

Therefore, you could add family members upon lodging and in Form 80 without worrying for them to undergo medical check

(Cause as far as I know, if you wanted to sponsor family members in the future, they will refer to your original application if you indicated other non-migrating family members)

ok lng sir..it's not a dumb question nman po..hehe..i think ang tax returns ay binibigay annually..in my case, binigay ko lahat ng ITR's ko for the past 8 years..sa dati mong trabaho mo lng yan makukuha..walang copy nyan ang BIR..

@kingmaling since wala naman tax sa middle east kung san ako based, isip ko bank statement na lang provide ko. Isang month per year. Enough naman na po siguro un ano? Saka sis po pala ko ;;) hehe

Tanong po sa bagong revision, ang naintindihan ko kasi sa statement sa baba ay pwde
mka apply ng visa 190 bsta nasa MLTSSL ang occupation.

Pero pag tingnan yung IMMI 17/072 Specification of Occupations and Assessing Authorities, may nkalagay kasi na "and" between sa MLTSSL at STSOL (under column 2). medyo nkakalito kng kailangan ba talaga nasa MLTSSL at STSOL occupation mo para maka apply ng visa 190.

Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489) - Family nominated
Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) – Graduate Work Stream.
you will need to nominate an occupation from the MLTSSL of the relevant legislative instrument – see: IMMI 17/072 Specification of Occupations and Assessing Authorities.

If you are applying for any of the below:
Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190)
Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489) - State or Territory nominated.
You will need to nominate an occupation from the same legislative instrument above. Additional occupations included in the STSOL will, however, also be available to you.
Note: the above instrument also restricts the use of certain occupations to certain subclasses listed above.

Question po, paano po ang declaration sa EOI if you have additional employment na either new or extension which was excluded sa assessment, to increase ung points sa work experience?

Scenario 1: ung assessment was completed last 2016 (4+ years of experience = 5points) with the declared current employment assessed as relevant. By 2017 magiging 5 years na ang work experience dahil continuous pa din yung current employment since 2016 which will be additional points sa EOI. Anong documents ang kailangan for evidence (I am assuming na diretso na ang pagclaim ng 10 points sa EOI) ?

Scenario 2: Same assessment was completed last 2016 (4+ years of experience = 5points) and a new employment which is relevant to the same occupation was acquired which ran to 2017. So nagkaroon siya ng additional work experience pero excluded sa assessment. Do you still need to have it assessed for relevance or diretso na ang pagclaim sa EOI ng 10 points for work experience?

Hope anyone can help enlighten me on this. TIA!

kung tama pagkakaintindi ko sa tanong mo.

Scenario 1: if same employer automatic mag uupdate ung points mo sa EOI if naka state na present employer mo padin ung last na nasa assessment mo.

in my case nang hingi ng newest Employment Cert nung na CO contact ako to prove na same padin ung employer ko.

Scenario 2: You need mag pa assess ata ulit para masama ung new Employment.

same confusion here @boky ... I tried submitting EOI for 190 sa ACT for 233411 kasi open cya base sa ACT occupation list. However, my EOI cannot proceed for submission. May message na nagsasabing I need to remove the subclass kasi hindi cya applicable.

TIA sa makakasagot at makapagbigay ng liwanag. dko alam kung applicable pa ang caveats issued last April 19 sa 233411.
