Can I use Bank Statement instead of pay slips for Visa 189/190?

@VirGlySyl, in my case I requested a certification from PhilHealth showing the employer name and contributions made. You can also provide a screenshot of your SSS.

@VirGlySyl Screenshot ng SSS will do. And if you can, make a statutory declaration regarding your payslips or bankstatements.

@VirGlySyl Yeah, I think this will be ok. Nung na co contact kasi ako noon. Ang hiningi saken was evidence of employment income. Pero yung hiningian nila na employment, hindi ko naman cinlaim for points. SSS nalang na provide ko and statutory declaration. Tinanggap naman.

@VirGlySyl salamat ng marami sis... sana maclaim ko yung work experience ko doon di man sa EA pero sa Visa lodging nalang... sayang din ang more than one year na yun lalo kung naghahabol ng 8 years... anu ng status ng exam? All the best to us, wala pa din ako ganap sa exam. too demanding sa work now next month dapat maka move na. ilan months na akong delay/pending....

@ShyShyShy wala nang claiming na mangyayari ata kapag visa lodged na, its either you claimed it or will not claim it. Kapag visa lodged na, mangyayari hihingi ng evidence, if cant provide, cant prove that it is indeed a paid employement, overclaiming of points ang mangyayari.

makikisagot lang, this is correct. once na lodge na, need to provide evidence sa lahat ng nilagay mo sa EOI mo. kapag hindi mo maprove at nag-overclaim ka sa experience, visa refusal ang mangyayari at bye bye grant & Visa payment.

@patotoy ah oo, sa EOI pa nga lang pala finalized na dapat. Swertehan na lang sa CO,

@ShyShyShy may nabasa naman akot napagtanungan na mga pinoyau 2012+ members na di naman nagrerefuse nang Visa nang dahil wala kang payslip, depende naman kay CO kung masasatisfy mo siya sa mga other/s proof of employement bukod nga sa ITR and Payslip. the best proof that one can provide na nga lang ay ang complete+detailed na Reference Letter, "Payslip", at "ITR".

@ShyShyShy mga claclaimin ko nga na working exp ay wala ding ITR and payslip,ipapalit ko na lang ay REF LETTER, SSS+PhilHealth+PAGIBIG na makikita ang contribution ni employer, at email convo as what I stated in my prev. replies.
- bank statement negative na din dahil deleted na yung records.

@VirGlySyl @ShyShyShy, In my case meron din akong isang employer na di maka provide ng ITR and Paylsip since more than 5 years na ako wala sa kanila.. As per my agent, provide nalang daw ako SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth certification/contribution as an evidence na employed ako by that company. I even requested a bank statement from BPI since dun yung payroll ko from that company, but that will be irrelevant kasi hindi naka specify sa history yung company name (CO Credit lang nakaspecify sa bank statement) and the bank can't do anything to mention the company name.

Ok lang po ba kahit iba yung nakalagay na Company name ni Employer sa ITR (BIR 2316) saka sa EOI? Iba kasi yung registered name nung employer ko sa tax office sa ginagamit nilang name sa mga letterheads. Salamat po sa sasagot

pwede pero madami ng na-CO contact sa current trend and was asked to provide "further employment proof".

try to contact your previous company and ask for a copy of payslip/ITR, add ka na din ng bank statements just on the safe side.

sa Tax records nmn sa singapore, wlanh employer name nklagay..

kung may scanned copy ka ng cheque, try mo ikuha ng certification sa company na sakanila galing yun tapos ganun din gawin mo sa bank records. tallied naman yung amount.

in short, kailangan na may proof ka na yung pera na yun ay talagang galing kay company. tinitignan kase ni AU na paid employment eh.

sa tax records, siguro ok na yun kahit walang employer name as long as original yung document. may name mo naman sigurado yung tax records sa SG.
