    How true is Article 1 po? are there any details we can check (e.g. who might be affected, when will this be implemented). I just started my application for visa 189/190 (just lodged my EOI) and hoping to live in Sydney. Is this related to Article 2 - which says they'll be focusing on those who are not tied to geographic areas (e.g. family- and employer-sponsored visas).

    @t0pZ yes, that’s true from 190k, it’s now down to 160k effective July 1. Last year though, 160k lang din naman ang nabigyan ng grants. What their plan is for skilled migrants to live in Hobart, Darwin, Adelaide and Regional Australia for 3yrs before they can apply for PR.
