    @manofsteel most likely po. kc ako nakapagsubmit naman ako ng nbi clearance before magka co then hindi nako hiningan ng form80 n co. nabasa ko rin yan dito sa forum.sabi nila usually daw if may nbi clearance kana before magka co hindi na hinihingi n co yung form 80. yep once lang po kami nicontact n co. yung nbi clearance at form 80 lang n hubby yung hiningi nya then mga after a week visa grant na kami. based lang naman po sa experience ko yun a sa observtion nung mga peeps dito sa forum yun. kaya sinasuggest ko talaga na ifront load na lahat ng docs para direct visa grant na. naexperience ko kc yung para kang baliw kakatingin ng immiaccount at email kung may visa grant na c co.

    @manofsteel kay hubby lahat nung docs na nirequest n co. nagka hit kc sya kaya natagalan kunin yung nbi clearance nya. hay naku, akala ko kc diko madadaanan yun or diko gagawin yun. totoo pala pag feeling mo anlapit mo na sa finish line lalo ka naeexcite hehe kaso parang every day na lumilipas tapos wala namang email c co parang nakakalungkot lang. kaya lagi ko sinasabi dito na frontload na para atleast mabawasan naman yung anxiety ng kababayan naten dito na waiting for their visa grant hehe

    Hi Guys buti pa kayo may quota pa sa mga visa ninyo. Sa visa ko 489 limited lang by priorities. Its been a month na ng nag reply si CO and sabi matatagalan ang approval ko. :((

    As per my assumption, puro visa 189 na ang pinoprocess nila. This is based on the allocation priority. Since wala na visa 190 sa ngayon, visa 189 na pinoprocess nila. Intay intay na lang hanggang July.

    hello guys. di ko alam san magpost. finally have my CO kaso nanghihingi ng payslip and tax payment. problem is wala akong payslip sa mga naging work ko. then hindi completo yung ITR ko. sabi ng BIR di na daw nila makita yung account ko due to inactivity kaya di sila makakabigay ng copy. tapos dun namn sa mga previous employer ko basta more than 3 years old na na mga form dinidispose na nila. m going crazy na. ang hirap mag hanap ng documents na nineteen kopong kopo pa. :(

    @piglet24 how about other evidences of employment like employment contracts, appraisal forms, welcome letters and others that will prove that you are have been employed by the company? If all else fail, you can always explain this to your Case Officer and let him/her know of the situation. You might be asked for other alternatives. Don't worry, there are other ways to prove the employment. You have gone too far to get crazy and lose yourself. My advise is to try to communicate to your case officer as soon as you can.
