Sabi nya yung hinahantay na lang daw nya is your health assessment ng daughter ko to be finalized. Ibig ba sabihin nun na refer medical nya? Sabi naman nung clinic wala namang problema kay baby except na may ubo sya that time. Please share your thoughts. Thank you so much.

    @gerleen_agus Baka po na-delay Lang ang assessment ng health officer sa daughter niyo. I think may mare-receive kayo na letter stating that your daughter's medicals are referred pag ganun man ang status. I'm not sure sis as I haven't read much about the medicals. I suggest asking your CO para ma-explain niya.

    hello po.... sino po ang nakaexperience magemail sa CO? how long po bago sila magreply?? kasi i sent an email almost a month ago but until now wala pa ring reply.. im not sure kung nareceive nya ung additional docs na nirequest nya...

    @elena05 sa akin po within the day or the following day nagre-reply na ang CO. Make sure po na mag-reply kayo sa email address na binigay niya and yung subject includes complete name, TRN and acknowledgement number para po malaman nila Kung kaninong CO siya i-route.

    @abc27 ganun po yung ginawa ko... i included her name and my tr number... sabi dun sa acknowledgement letter within 2 days daw... eh feb 20 po ako nagsend ng msg asking kung nareceive nya na ung mga docs, wala pa rin reply until now... anu po kaya ang magandang gawin? kasi sabi dun sa letter nya last feb 4, na kailangan daw maipasa ko un said documents within 28 days at magdedesisyon daw sya sa kung anu man ang naipasa ko, eh lampas na po ung 28 days.... not sure kung nasa kanya na ba o wala

    @elena05 nag-reply Lang ako sa email ng CO ko which contains my full name, TRN, and acknowledgment number. Ito nakalagay din sa auto-generatef acknowledgment email nila:

    "Please make sure that you include the primary applicant's full name, date of birth, your case officer’s name and either the file reference number or Transaction Reference Number or Request ID when you communicate with us."

    Try niyo po mag-send ng follow up email and if wala pa rin talaga, call them na Lang.
