Hi Guys, i dont know if December is the right time to lodge our application for pmv subclass 300? I would like to get your advise for this... So, my fiance (sponsor, permanent resident of Au) is mostly living in Philippines and planning to stay for good in Melbourne on April 14, 2019. We plan to get married on July 2019 in Au.
So, im concerned if we can lodge my application next month even though he's still here in Philippines? Hooe someone here can enlighten us

@stepblushy I think na it doesnt matter where your partner is located as long as you as the applicant should be offshore when you lodge the application. Also as long as you can provide the needed evidences of your relationship. I think that’s what matters most.

@stepblushy may residential address ang fiance mo sa Oz? Also, if you’re planning to get married sa July, it’s too short of a time for your fiance visa to get processed. Remember ang processing time can go up to a year.

Hi guys! Tanong ko lang sa mga nag apply ng TV while waiting for PMV grant. Nilagay niyo ba sa application niyo one of the reasons kung bakit mag TV is to be with your fiance while waiting for PMV grant?

@anri08 yes, i did indicate that after saying na i’ll be spending december holidays with my fiance. just applied TV recently and got approved naman.

@anri08 Yep. Same as mine. I also indicated na ill be spending time with my fiance while waiting for the TV. Took me 36 days to get my TV grant. After that, I applied for an extension before my 3-month TV ends. Applied October 3 and got my extension by October 18. I got extended for another 6months.

@anri08 took them 11 days for me to get approve, kasama ung 2 sats and 2 suns plus 2 days holidays. if plan punta ng fiance mo this december, apply na po para di maipit sa approval kasi peak season na.

btw, guys, got my cfo certificate na kahit wala pa visa. balik nalang ako to get the sticker once may visa na.

Plan ng fiance ko pumunta dito ng december,biglaang decision lang. kaya lang di pa kami kompleto sa requirments. Hopefully ma grant agad pag ka submit namin. Another question sana, anong binigay niyong document to show strong family ties? May nabasa kasi ako na need daw na may maibigay na proof na babalik din ng pinas, and also, wala pang 3 months fiance ko sa work niya, makaka apekto kaya yun sa decision? Thank you ulit guys!!!!

@anri08 How long xa magstay sa Oz for TV? If quick vacation lang naman, okay lang yan. Submit nalang kayo ng COE at Approved Vacation Leave. May ongoing PMV application naman kayo so technically lalabas rin talaga xa ng Oz pag naapproved na ang PMV.

Guys, 12-16 months nalang ang processing time ng pmv 300. Nabawasan ng 1 month.

@kazelcee yup. nag-uupdate sila monthly. ;;) Yon nalang lagi ko inaabangan, chinecheck ang processing monthly if may update habang nag-aantay. hahaha Kahit papano, nakakapampalubag loob pag nababasawan ung waiting period.

@msairra, yes needed po ang cenomar.

@emz, okay lang kahit ung Immi mo nalang gamitin ni fiance mo.

have you heard the news about the family violence bill?

sponsor needs to be approved first before the partner or applicant can lodge their partner visa regardless if the sponsor has a criminal history or none - btw, this is only applicable to those who have not lodge their partner visa yet.

im just a bit worried so i’m getting an assurance that we are not affected just bcoz we haven’t lodge our 820 yet.

so we are not affected right, are we?

hopefully not coz we already lodged our pmv and our sponsor already submitted his form 40sp and other docs..and from that form & docs , immi can already assess our sponsor even if it just pmv only. - sana tama pagkakaintindi ko.

Hello guys. Share ko Lang. Nag apply ako ng tourist visa last Nov 19, 2018 while waiting for PMV. Then Nov 27, 2018 I got the grant notice with multiple entries

@gelaaa nice!! Dami din palang nag aapply ng TV while waiting for PMV grant. Kaka apply lang din ng fiance ko ng TV nung nov. 25. Sana ma approve na din agad

Hello guys! Tanong ko lang, mas mabilis ba talaga ma grant ang application kapag may agent? Nagtataka lang kasi ako, nag submit kami ng application for TV november 25, until now wala pang grant, pero may mga nakita ako sa forum, end of november sila nag submit pero na grant na agad within a week at may mga agent sila.

@anri08 hello. Kahit Walang agent for TV okay Lang. Basta submit mo Lang un required docs. Up to 29days ata un waiting period for grant visa.

hi guys. my partner and I lodged our visa offshore last Nov 2018.
Im planning to visit him in Aus before the year ends since I have a tourist visa approved nman and it will expire June 2019. We're thinking of extending my stay incase wla pa ding approval after that date. Are we allowed to apply for a bridging visa?

Hi all. How are you? ‘Yong mga application na more than 6 months, may CO na ba kayo? Update naman tayo guys. ‘Yong akin received pa din status. Pang 6th month ko na ngayong December.

@msairra I think you can just try to extend your stay by extending your Tourist Visa. ‘Yong BVA-BVB kasi is for onshore application lang.
