Just got signed-up lang po dito...
Napakahaba habang backread pala mangyayari sakin nito ^_^
while backreading I know I can get something, that will give me everything.

to shorten the backreading process may konting tanung lang po,

tama po ba ang steps ko for 189?

1.)IELTS - (target ko po ay sa Jan2017)

(while waiting for 2017, documents/COE/supporting docs compilation for EA reqt's)


2.)CDR & CPD making to pass sa EA para makapagpaassess po sa EA,

tama po ba?
tips po and recommendation...

Hi guys, bago lang ako dito kakaregister ko lang, may question sana ako kasi nakakalito yung border.gov.au.
1. San po maganda masgtart ng application? EA assesment?
2. Since galing tayo Pinas under ba tayo ng ctaegory ng Assessment of Non-Accredited Qualifications/Engineering Manager?
3. Under Engineering Manager isa sa mga requiremment ay "Registration certificate under the relevant licensing authority where applicable (e.g. Philippine Regulations Commisssion)" - PRC License po ba ibig sabihin nito? Hindi po kasi ako board passer but with 8 years experience as Telecoms Engineer dito Pinas.

ibig ko pala po sabihin ay, pwede po bang alternatives po yan sa IELTS?

@VirGlySyl no, u need to take ielts first kasi required un s EA assessment.. is not yet accepted by EA..
you may still take PTE if hndi mo nakuha ang desired score mo s ielts.. dahil mas generous sila s score.. pero syempre aim to have your desired score n in ielts pra tipid at mas mabilis..

Hello @Captain_A , asko ko lang po... 6.5 overall po ako sa IELTS, 7, 6.0, 6.5 and 6.0. Pwede na po kaya magproceed sa Engineers Australia Assessment kahit po 6.5 pa lang? Kc po namention kc sa MSA booklet na 6.0 naman daw po ang acceptance ng Engineers Australia, kaso sa EI po, 7.0 po is 10 points po and 6.0 is no point po. So you mean po, pwede ko po pala option ang PTE? SO ying PTE po para po sa EI na po to?

@contessa pwede ka na po magpa-assess ka EA pero sa EOI kung kailangan nyo po extra 10 or 20 points magtake po ulit kayo either IELTS or PTEA

I have already decided to pursue an OZ dream. Can anyone please help me regarding the CDR? My case is bit complicated and I hope someone can help me with that too. To cut the long story short, I am an IE graduate but IT experience throughout after graduation (7 years!!!). Decided to go for EA instead of ACS, but if may mag advise to go the other way around, I can. I just need some guidance and mostly, good advises. Thanks!

Hi guys. Hingi lang sana akong advice and insights. Here is the scenario:

Yung tatay ko owns a hardware. 80 percent of it are electrical products. At nag co contract at sub contract din siya ng electrical installation ng mga maliliit na commercial buildings. Yung mga two floors commercial buildings lang. After my graduation, nag work muna ako sa family business namin for 1.5 years. For that duration, tumulong ako sa marketing meaning nagbebenta din ako, I do administrative tasks such as creation ng mga invoices, etc., nag a assemble din ako ng mga bagong dating na mga electrical products, nag a assemble ako ng mga panel boards depends sa requirements ng customers, at tumutulong din ako sa senior electrician pag may maliit na project kami na commercial building. Nag e install ako ng mga outlet, etc Syempre under the supervision ng isang senior electrician. Gagawin ko sana siyang isang career episode ko kasi ang dami ko talagang natutunan dito.

Ang issue ko ay sa sweldo, minimum yung sweldo ko dun na binibigay ng tatay ko on a cash by hand basis. Nasa province kami at iba ang minimum wage dito. Wala din akong SSS, Philhealth at Pag Ibig that time kasi sa family business ako nag wo work. Parang di ko na lang inintindi na ipasok ako sa SSS, Philhealth at Pag Ibig.

Ano ang ma advice niyo guys regarding sa proof of payslip ko? Yung payslip din namin may form pero manually sinusulat ang name ng business ng tatay ko kasi we are just employing below 5 people lang. Nabasa ko dun sa EA migration docu na kailangan merong company name sa payslip. Ano kayang pwede kong ipasa in lieu of payslips?

@thatbadguy ang pwede lng na evidence of employment ay SSS, pag ibig, philhealth,ITR, or bank account na pumapasok sahod mo dun. Since on hand lng lagi ung sweldo mo. Wla ka din ITR? Baka pwede magpagawa ka n nga lang ng paylip basta nandun details n sumasahod ka talaga s job mo.

Sir walang ITR since walang tax pag minimum wage earner lang. Meron naman payslips sir pero mano mano pag sulat. Okay lang kaya yun?

@thatbadguy ok n yan basta ma prove mo n paid employment.
Di ako sure sa minimum salaried earner. Parang meron na di naaprove dahil dyan. Nakalagay kc sa MSA booklet ung salary dapat at the market of salary fo engineering professionals. Di ko lng kung depende din cguro sa nag aassess. Baka may alam d2 ang iba. Kung kayo nmn gumagawa mismo ng payslip baka pwede mo na pataasan ang salary para wla n aberya.

May nabasa ako na negative assessment dahil sa low salary issue what i remember eh yung salary daw ay di pang prof. Engr...

Ibig sabihin na kaya nito ay ganun na din ang mga local engineers satin who earns about 12k-17k salary?

@VirGlySyl, yung issue sa salary ay para lang sa mga Engineers na working na in Australia. yung sahod mo sa ibang bansa (not Australia) wala sila pakialam.

@VirGlySyl Parang if you are in Australia nga lang yung issue regarding salary bro kasi pag dito ka sa province, iba ang rate of course as compared to NCR rate. So mostly engineers here in the province are paid between 10k to 15k.

meron pong panf INDU, MECHA, at PRODn?
