Good day. I've been reading here in forum for months and this forum is very informative. We're planning to try our luck in OZ. Pwede po ba makahingi ng sample format ng CPD and CDR? Para makapagsimula na po magdraft ng career episodes. EE po ako. Maraming salamat po.

@cacophony binigyan po ba nila kayo ng opportunity para palitan? and afaik iba ang description ng ME sa EE sa anszco e kaya siguro bagong CDR ang kailangan nila para ma assess kayo differently. Bat nyo po pala gusto palitan? Dahil ba mas konti ang ang aapply sa EE kaysa ME?

@MLBS Yung second statement po kasi ni assessor "must be closely related to your nominated occupation. (mechanical engineer)" pero ang duties and responsibilities ko po kasi is naka-reflect "creating electrical designs..." pero in actuality may mechanical side din po, di ko lang nalagay sa statutory declaration. I guess mag-pass po ako ng bagong Stat Decl, stating my mechanical engineering duties on top of electrical, instead of changing the nominated occupation. In worst case scenario, will assessor advise me the appropriate occupation after passing the new Stat Decl?

@cacophony mag aadvise naman sila sir kung maiiba assessment mo e. Minsan papapiliin ka nila kung magpapasa ka ng bagong CDR o papayag ka na sa assessment na inoffer nila (i.e. Engg discipline ka pero na assess ka as engineering technologist). Ano ba ang prevalent na duty nyo sa CDR sir? ME ba o EE? I think mas maganda ang EE kasi konti palang ang nag aapply dun ( 80/1042) compared sa ME (540/2178). In the end of the day nasa inyo yung choice sir

@MLBS Ganun po ba. Pero wala naman po impact yun pagdating sa paghanap ng trabaho dun anu? Mas prevalent po ang EE sa job ko e. Mechanical is minor but still applies since industrial electric motor po ang industry ko... So in such case na magpasa ako bagong Stat Decl with the mechanical engineering duties, will they come back and let me choose between new CDR or new occupation?

@engr.len hmmm. Credit card minsan tawag sa debit card dito, eh. Bale, gamit ko lang ung normal atm card ko then Visa siya.

@cacophony sabi po ng mga tao dito ang assessment is for visa purposes lang at pwede ka magtrabaho ng kahit ano dun sa AU. Allowed po ba kayo magpasa ng bagong stat dec? Hindi po kasi all the time nangyayari na nakakapagpapalit ang applicant ng nominated occupation e.

@acbien sa case ko po 17 working days. Nagsubmit ako august 11 at nakuha ko result ng sept. 6. Wala hiningi saken na additional docs though.

@MLBS Pwede naman po ako mag request uli sa boss ko but only as the last resort. Now my course of action is to provide boss's COE to indicate his position in the company and provide official letterhead with my mechanical engineering duties and responsibilities. If this fails, worst case is to re-apply another CDR but with closely related nominated occupation - electrical engineer. BTW, if I fail po sa assessment, can I re-apply right away? Or do I have to wait for a certain period?

Pwede po ako makahingi ng CPD format ninyo. Sa telecom industry po ako.

One thing more, regarding po sa format ng CDR, which is the right format?

CE1.1, CE1.2, CE1.3.... or simply 1.1,1.2,1.3...?

Sa updated MSA po kasi nakalagay number lang po w/o the prefix CE.

I got a reply again sa EA asking for ITR/SSS or government documents sa consultancy work experience ko. Unfortunately, wala akong government documents also bank statements are not accepted as per EA.

I am thinking the following:

1. Submit a notarized contract.
2. file an ITR for a freelancer/consultant

or meron pa po ba kayong suggestion regarding this matter.

@cacophony di ako sure dito sir a, pero ang alam ko pag nasabi nilang nag plagiarize ka ng gawa mong CDR 1 year kang mababan sa pagpapa assess. Next year ka na makakasubmit ulit. Not sure pagdating sa negative outcome based sa pagkukulang ng CDR
