    Notes:
ALL Reference Letter / COE: Ako lang gumawa, through research / existing JD / EA Guidelines, etc. I just asked them to sign it for me. Nakakakaba tong part na to guys. Haha. Kailangan ng konting reasoning. Baka makatulong yung mga ginawa ko. Hehe

Company 1: Ayaw pirmahan ng HR, pumunta ko sa General Manager, sinama ko pa tatay ko (dating Area Manager ng company) para chumika for me at maging smooth ang pag-sign. It pushed through! Haha. Even brought pasalubongs and treats sa acctg, HR and others para light yung mood ng pagpunta after years of separation sa company. Hehe.

Company 2: HR. Medyo madali to. Pero since, tinatamad sila gumawa ng new format, ako yung pinagawa nila. I have the company letter head naman, since same lang ang ginagamit sa mga official letter na ginagamit pang communicate sa GenCon, so G na. Hehe. In-insert ko lahat ng requirement ni EA and have them sign. They signed it electronically. No questions asked. Achieved!

Company 3: Current employment. It’s quite a challenge. Hehe. Chinese employer na ayaw malamangan. HAHA IYKWIM. So, iba atake ko this time. So, gumawa lang rin ako EA format. Have them sign, medyo ayaw ayaw pa. Kasi nga naman, unfamiliar and detailed talaga requirement ni EA and it’s very unusual sa common COE. After a few attempts. I got it. Haaay.

The things we do for our dreams! I believe gathering documents is tougher than preparing CDRs. Sa totoo lang! Pero after these, nakahinga na at sabak naman sa technical writing.

Thank you for this forum. Just got my Positive Assessment. I felt the need to share these with you, para makatulong rin sa iba na kailangan ng feed ng info. More power sa ating lahat. Graduate na me sa EA!

    (PROACTIVE) TIPS THAT MIGHT HELP
    1. Secure all scholastic / employment docs proactively.
    2. Since I’ve been eyeing AU college pa lang yata ako, before I even graduate,di ako lumabas ng university nang di ko nasesecure ko mga docs ko, or plan how and when to get yung mga docs na di agad narerelease. Like diploma, etc.
    3. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, umalis sa company in good faith, lalo na sa HR and managers. Hehe. And i-secure and BIR 2316 (every year) - nirerequest ko talaga ito annually. This is our right to have these docs, because let’s admit di naman nila kusang iissue yang mga docs.
Hehe.
Use psychology. Hehe.
    6. Another thing, 2 out 3 companies na mentioned above. Walang issue na official payslip. Since ang payslip ay wala namang authorized signature. Ako gumagawa neto EVERY TIME. Tapos minsan cash like sa Company 3. So walang makukuhang bank statement. I supported these with cash voucher (receipt like) na binibigay sa min tuwing narereceive salary. So, DIY Payslip + Cash Vouchers; scanned together = Proof of Payment na siya.
    7. Always check your contributions (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF) sa mga online portals. Monitor niyo kung nahuhulugan talaga. THIS IS A VERY STRONG EMPLOYMENT EVIDENCE. Since it’s government generated. Kaya EA trusts this docs.
    8. Pray!

Maraming salamat po sa mga insights niyo. Graduate na sa EA. <3

Hehe. Kaya I used the job-related Career Episode, instead.

    Thank you! :)

No contact with assessor. Your mileage may vary hehe.
I did not expect my application will be this fast.

    Hello everyone.

I am planning to apply din kasi ng work visa (Skilled) and EA. BS ECE po pala ako working for 6 years na as Service Engineer focusing on Medical Equipments. First job and first company ko ito, tho madami ako handle na equipment from different departments. Also iba iba rin ang duties and responsibilities namin, including conduct ng training sa mga end users ng equipment.

Do you think enough na yon para makapag apply sa EA?

Yes. It’s enough. Ung iba lang iniintay magkaron ng 8+ years of relevant experience sa occupated nomination nila para mas mataas ung points.

Check niyo po kung anong occupation/anzsco code yung pinakamalapit sa role niyo as Service Engineer, kung pasok po sa ECE, then pa-assess po kayo sa ECE. Otherwise, use anzsco code closest to your occupation para po sure na makakuha ng positive assessment.

In my opinion lang po. :)

Yes. Yung mga cclaim mong relevant occupations, yun ang need mong complete docs, the rest, not necessary. They will automatically ignore it if there's no employment evidence.

Paassess sa ECE, what do you mean po?

Kung match yung roles niyo as Service Engineer sa Anzsco ng ECE, then nominate ECE as your occupation.

Malawak po kasi ang engineering field, not all the time na ECE ka you'll be assessed as Electronics engineer, minsan Telecommunications Engineer, Telecommunications Network Engineer, atbp.

Kaya piliin niyo pong mabuti. Hope it helps po.

Regarding sa partner visa / separate application. Have your points calculated. Both of you.

But if you have resources naman, you can do separate application para more chances of getting an invitation.

That all depends sa circumstances niyo at the moment. Best of luck!

Hingi lang sana ako ng tips kung ano yung content and format ng written statement for CPD, career episodes (why is it numbered 1 to 3?), and summary statement. Thank you!

    a)sa employer.
    b) mahirap kumuha and pumila sa BIR kung saan nila finile yung tax mo. Some areas, possible na nabaha, or nasunog, or dinespose na nila dahil di na nila store ng matagal. Wala silang scanned copy.

Nagkawalaan. Based sa experience.

Yes. All. Ang tinitignan nila for the last 10 years. So from the date na nagrant yung assessment mo, ang maximum period of inactivity is 2 years to claim the maximum point of job experience. Kawawa yung iba dahil sa covid, naghanap ng bagong work. Pero yun ang rules. You have at least 8 years related occupation for the last 10 years upon the grant of assessment to claim 15 points.

Iitemised naman nila yung duration of skilled employment.

SSS, Philhealth, PAGIBIG or any government-issued documents. Like SSS Loan, etc.
I think they need ITR as proof of paid employment, so also attach your payslips/bank statement of incoming salaries, and the like.

    Hope it helps.

Yung sa kin po, di ako nagprovide ng ITR (Form1700 yata to), but I provided BIR Form 2316 for every year that I am employed. Sa employer din makukuha to. Annually.

    Hi.

    • For content, just refer to MSA Booklet
      https://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/sites/default/files/MSA Booklet (March%202020).pdf
All contents/segments are stated there with explanations.

    • The formatting is also stated there, also, the reason being why is it numbered 1 to 3 is because you have to write 3 career episodes.

    • The format of the summary statement is also at the booklet.

Explore it and stick with it, you'll never go wrong. Hope it helps.

You have to number each paragraph because you will use it as a reference when you create your summary statement. You will cite the paragraph where you exhibit the key skills that were mentioned in Professional Engineer (since you're a structural engineer).

Hello. When claiming RSEA ba, required na more than 1 ang secondary document mo? In our case kasi nagpasa kami ng SSS screenshots at nagcomment yung assessor

“Please provide the following Secondary Documents which must cover the entire employment period and indicate your employer’s name. Please refer to on page 9 of prepare-your-migration-skills-assessment-application for details on acceptable secondary documents. The document is available in Engineers Australia website and can be downloaded at
    https://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/sites/default/files/2022-07/prepare-your-migration-skills-assessment-application-july2022_0.pdf

You can submit Certificate of Compensation Payment or Tax Withheld that must be validated by BIR.

Please note that both, primary and secondary documents are mandatory for the successful Relevant Skilled Employment assessment.

Please note that neither payslips nor bank statements are accepted by ENGINEERS AUSTRALIA as secondary documents.“

May naitago po ako payslip but 5 months only out of 24 months. Pwede na ba ung ITR, SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, reference letter, and ID? Salamat

Hello po, regarding bank statement, in my experience, out of 3 companies, 1 lang yung may bank transaction docs ako. By just providing, sss, pagibig, philhealth, payslips, etc.

Just make sure na covered lahat nung dates na employed ka dun, meaning walang intervals. Dun kasi minsan naqquestion at nagbabawas ng experience pag may patlang yung documents. Otherwise, you're good to go.

Just remember that a bank statement is just one of the many evidences na paid ang employment mo, in its absence, other evidences should be considered. :)

hi! what if ung payroll account 10 years ago sa previous employer closed na and hindi ko nadin alam ung acccount number, possible pa ba makakuha ng bank statement? anu po alternative sa bank statement? May naitago po ako payslip but 5 months only out of 24 months. Pwede na ba ung ITR, SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, reference letter, and ID? Salamat

Maybe try contacting the previous employer to ask if they can print out/email you copies of your payslip? As a company, normally they would keep records for a certain amount of years.

    Salamat Ms. Anne! 😊
