Our relationship status doesn’t qualify as defacto since we are not based in the same country. I am in Singapore and he is in Switzerland. Initially we thought that his occupation has higher chances (both 189/190 and open in many states), but because of his lack of bachelors and English competency, we got an initial advise that I have a higher possibility of being the main applicant.
With our circumstance, If I’ll be the main applicant submitting EOI and we are currently not married yet, there is a condition of 8515 - Not marry before first entry: The visa holder must not marry or enter into a de facto relationship before entering Australia.
1) If ever I receive an ITA and we’re not married yet, does it mean we cannot marry because of the visa condition? We are trying to avoid a spouse visa because it’s expensive and takes a long time so we are targeting to move together. So do you advise that we should get married event BEFORE ITA arrives so the partner is official already?
2) ITA is not a guarantee for visa grant, right? On what instance that visa is still not rejected after lodging?
3) Based on my reading, Public Relations job doesn’t appear that in-demand in AU. Anyone na may experience po:
TIA!!
God bless!

Question, yung condition 8515 po ba will be grounds for cancellation of her visa if ever malaman ng DHA na engaged na kaming dalawa? Doesn't it beat the purpose for having someone you intend to marry? Mejo ambiguous kasi yung pagkakasabi sa 8515. It could also mean na engaged sa iba while I sponsor her, subjecting to revocation of her visa.
Please shed me light on this. Thanks!
