Kids essentials on arrival (Milk, meds, dos and donts)

Question po: (kid: 5 yrs old, boy)
a) Anong milk ang pwede gamitin once na arrive na dito? nag eexperimento po ba kayo different brands before naka hanap ng tama yung tipong di nag tatae ang bata?
b) Anong mga medicine gamit nyo replacement (vitamins etc), wala po bang issues like allergic reaction or something related to being different sa pinas ang formulation?
c) Nagka isyu po ba ang bata sa climate? Anong immediate panglunas? cguro naman hindi ko araw arawin tumawag ng ambulance or something
d) Any kid related dos and donts on arrival
e) May asthma anak ko, dapat ba mag baon ng isang sakong ventolin or something related? or may mahahanap naman dito na swak lang?

All of these products (milk, vitamins, meds) you can check online sa chemist warehouse. Chemist is pharmacy in Australia. These shops are mostly available sa mga major cities. https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/

Meron silang allergen information there somewhere. Otherwise, opt for organic milk. Im not very particular sa brand kasi breast fed ung anak ko.

Depende sa lugar mo ung climate. Kapag NT ka tropical. Prone to sunburn ang mga kids or maaring may mga lamok.

Otherwise kapag mejo southern cities na nasa NSW, WA, VIC, SA, TAS, ACT mejo malamig pag winter. Prone lang sa mahirap paliguan. Kapag spring naman meron pang pollen allergens and particulates. Maaring magkaroon kayo ng hay fever hindi lang ung anak nyo. May mga gamot naman sa chemist for that pati mga repellent para sa mga lamok.

Do's: I belive kailangan mo pa rin sila kausapin ng tagalog. In my opinion matutunan ung English sa school. Para lang di sila ma-op sa mga pinsan nila.

Don'ts: Hayaan sila magsusuot sa mga ila-ilalim kasi baka may redback spider (deadly).

a. 2 yrs old nung dumating anak ko dito, S26 lang na follow-up milk ang pinainom ko, pero nagswitch din kami sa fresh milk, mura na hindi pa madaming sugar content.

b. Paracetamol iyong gamit ng anak ko for pain and fever, nung naubusan kami Panadol for kids effective nman. Ceelin for vit C, then swith kasi sa mga gummies. Walang allergic reaction. Kung may allergies ang anak mo, better read the label first or consult your GP.

c. Wala issue ang change ng climate, mas kami pang adult ang nag adapt sa lamig.

e. Magdala lang ng enough to use in case of emergency, otherwise, visit your local GP for prescription dahil may asthma meds din naman sila dito.
