looking for room for rent

Hi, my wife and I have recently received our VISA GRANT (190). we are looking for a room to rent to start. Also, our fisrt trip there, we are staying on a service apartment for 1 week.we will be flying over to melbourne to visit (1 week) and to do some docs (TAX number, Medicare application, etc...). and also to find a temporary living arrangement, we will be moving to melbourne for good on september 2013. Anybody knows a filipino agent in melbourne that could help us?

November 2011 - IELTS ( R-8 W-8 L-7.5 S-7 )
April 25, 2012 - ACS submitted (263111)
June 25, 2012 - Victoria SS submitted
July 5, 2012 - ACS received Successful(263111)
July 6, 2012 - EOI submitted (189,190)
September 6, 2012 - Victoria SS received Successful ( requesting EOI)
September 6, 2012 - send EOI reference number to Victoria
September 17, 2012 - received Invitation From Victoria 190
September 18, 2012 - Lodge Application in DIAC
October 1, 2012 - Medicals
October 5, 2012 - CO assigned
October 17, 2012 - Police Clearance Submitted
December 13, 2012 - Visa Grant!
July 25, 2013 - Job Offered and Accepted....
