Need advice on renewing visitor visa

Hello po, mageexpire na po ang visitor visa ko ng aug19,2019. Need po to visit australia ng aug22,2019. Ask ko lang po, pwede na ba ko magapply ng bagong visitor visa kahit na aug19 pa mageexpire ang visa ko at July palang? Or kailangan after august19 pa ko magapply? TYIA
