Fully furnished room for a single female

Hi. I am a single female looking for someone to rent one of my rooms located in the budding suburb of Clearview. Its perfect for students as you can have the peace and quiet you need to study.
It comes with double bed with beddings,tallboy dresser and a built in wardrobe, desk and chair.
8 min walk to bus stop, approx 30 min bus ride to city. Close to Church, Chemist, IGA, McDonalds, Hungry Jacks and other shops. You are welcome to come with me when buying groceries (saves you from carrying those shopping bags😊)
It will be all bills included (water, electricity, internet, netflix). Food not included as I dont normally have time to prepare food but you are welcome to join me whenever I cook. You can cook in the kitchen, watch Netflix on TV as you please.
