Need help visa 189 and EA assessment requirements

Good Afternoon,

Kung may makakatulong po pwede po pasagot po ng mga tanong po:

1. Ang visa 189 po ba ay naapprove, pag may partner po ako ibig sabihin po ba pwede nadin sya pumasok as permanent resident sa australia?
2. Following po ung question sa taas, eligible to work na rin po ba sya sa australia po?
3. Pag po ba section 1 na po ung school ko. Pano po ung sa assessment po sa engineers australia po?

Need help po please.

1. Yes, kapag kasama mo ang partner mo sa visa 189 application mo as dependent.
2. Kapag Visa 189 - You can live, work, study anywhere in Australia. You can also apply for any work and full working rights.
3. Not sure about sa section 1 school.

@kimpoy maraming salamat po sa pagsagot po. Ibig po ba sabihin makakapag work po ung partner ko po kahit po dependent po sya sa visa application ko? Pati hindi na nya kailangan magapply po ng separate na visa?

@JerichoSantos Any school naman pede magpa assess sa Engineers Australia. First kelangan muna pasok ang English test mo para makapag pa assess. for ENgineers atleast competent English IELTS 6 per category/ or PTE academic 55 per category. then you need to decide which skill are you applyin to. YUng skill na gusto mo ipa-assess. example, mechanical engr, electrical engr, civil... with that you need to start working with your CDR's or competency demonstration report. 3 of your projects/ handled projects/ sa school sa work. (parang ikukwento how you did it). any challenges encountered and how you solve it.
At xiempre yung mga school documents mo. ihanda mo na din ang work related company employment certifications (may required format yun). better read muna na sa skill na papasukin mo dapat yung pinaka malapit sa studies at current work experience mo mas maganda.

1.5 years sa manufacturing.
Almost 1 yr sa construction
Tpos 4 years sa operation sa transmission sustem dine sa pinas. Kelangn ko ba ilagay lahat iyon?

- isama mo lang sa application yung work experience na tally sa iyong nominated occupation and from the last 10 years. Bilang starting ka pa lang, medyo madami dami ka pang babasahin at aaralin, whether may migration agent ka or wala. Tyagain mo lang, maintindihan mo din ang proseso as you go along. Medyo overwhelming pero keri naman. Goodluck.

@JerichoSantos Better lahat and make sure na yung mga duties and responsibilities about your work post is related to the skills (anzsco code) you want to be assessed with. Mas malakas chance na ma assessed yung lahat ng years of working mo for skill work assessment.

try mo lang sa pinakamataas lagi. like if mechanical engineer ka saten. apply to be assessed as professional mechanical engineer. incase di kaya they will find a suitable skill for you. like for me I applied as a professional mechanical engineer pero sa engineering technologist nila ako nilagay.. it will depend din sa ipapasa mong CDR's so dapat pang PME yung mga CDR's mo na ipapasa.

better start sa mga requirements muna ng assessment mo. medyo malayo pa yung sa visa. pero need mo padin search yung mga skill na required nila sa Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL), the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL), the Regional Occupation List (ROL) or the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) ROL List. dapat andyan yung skill na need mo pasukan.

@mcril22 Electrical Engineer po ako, pero based po dun sa 233311 po and ANZSCO, parang 3 lang dun sa tasks ung mapapasukan ko, kaya po kaya un just in case na ma align ko ung CDR ko sa units and elements of competency?

- kapatid, ilan yung tasks na nakalista? kailangan ma target atleast 85-90% ang aligned.

kung mapapakiusapan mo ang company na ilagay ang ibang task na kindof related naman sa mga ginagawa mo. para dumami yung task na mapapasok sa assessment nila. also, pag gumawa ka ng CDR.s make sure na yung mga task mo na nakalagay dun is kasama sa story telling mo sa CDR.s

kelangn po ba nafufullfill ko ito dun sa CDR kahit iba ibang job po un? or ung elements of competency po?

@JerichoSantos You have to align your CDR to the tasks as mentioned above and ensure to demonstrate your skills as EE. Aim for Professional Engineer assessment, if di nqman kaya si EA naman magsasabi nun.

I've read some CDRs from our EE members here, yung isa transmission system ang exp dun sya nag focus supervision, operation and maintenance. Yung isa naman sa design ng power station. Hindi mo naman kailangan icover lahat ng tasks kasi iba iba naman ang specialization.

So meaning po for example sa operations ako. Pwedeng dun nko magfocus? Hindi naman need na magawa laht nung tasks?
