Hi there! Kamusta po?
I was a student in Adelaide, South Australia for two years. I acquired a Certificate III in Aged Care and a Certificate IV in IT Software Development just last December 2012. Currently, I am now back in the Philippines to was supposedly a short visit to my family and now I have been here for 4 months because my Student Visa has expired and I can't afford to study there right now due to family financial difficulties.
My first question is that with my Certificate III and IV, would there be any possible way for me to get a visa to go back there that isn't a student nor tourist visa? I heard that after years of study or qualification, I can get a certain visa which will allow me to look for a job for a year or less. Or would there be a chance for me to get sponsored with my Certificate III and IV?
My second question is what are the current jobs in demand in Australia? I am only 20, and if there isn't a way for me to go back yet, I plan to study this June 2013 a course in high demand in Australia. I've looked at the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) I understand that accountants, medical workers and IT are big right now, but are there any other besides that? What jobs are easy ways of becoming a Permanent Resident?
I know it's a long shot but I am very much open to any suggestions whatsoever to go back.
Thank you and I hope you can help me you!
Abigail

On ur question 1--No, u can't be sponsored on ur certificate III and IV alone, u need to have a years of experience on ur choosen occupation..
Question 2-- U have to understand that there is no easy way of becoming a PR here, kailangan m dumaan sa butas ng karayom.. So if I were u, bata kpa namn get a lot of experience and enhance ur skills.
