I just want to inquire if 491 State Sponsored, NSW ang nagnonimate sa kanya, any Regional Center and Other Regional Areas ng NSW
pero kung 491 Family Sponsored, like for example brother na nakatira sa NSW.. pwede ka magstay kahit saan except Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne

Hmmm. A lot of people do this, cause its not really stated na sponsoring state lang dpat na regional ikaw pwedeng magstay. Nakalagay lang is regional . I would not recommend it, but its your choice po.

Binased ko rin kasi ang interpretation ko sa DHA. Saka sa grant letter hindi inispecify kung saan regional.
Basta regional, pero dapat iupdate sila within 14 days.

Good day!
Mag ask lang po sana ako for instance you are nominated by QLDS under 491. Once you have the visa grant, allowed ka lng to stay sa regional areas ng QLDS? you are not allowed to go to other regional areas of other states?. Kasi may nakapag sabi skin na once granted k ng 491 any regional areas khit outside ng state n nag nominate sayo ay puede?

What if nagrant na ang visa mo pero di sinasadya, aalis narin yung nagsponsor sayo papunta
sa non-regional area? like sydney melbourne...
