Hi,

Question lang po pwede po ba ako mag study ng IT short courses to Australia then eventually apply ko PR o need ko po Master degree to IT then PR?

Hi! Better familiarise yourself first with ACS assessment and points system para maging aware kayo kung ano yung stand nyo sa pag apply ng PR sa AU. In my case, yung bachelor ko sa pinas is not comparable to AQF bachelor so I cannot claim 15 pts for education that's why I opted to study here in AU.

Hindi lang po kasi yung course yung nagmamatter sa pagapply ng PR

@lunarcat if your goal is to get PR here in Australia, you need points, and 15 pts is a big loss kung hindi mo makukuha based sa educational background mo. So, kung hindi mo makuha sa pinagaralan mo sa Pinas yung 15 pts, better get it here in Aus, which is what @hikari chose.

@rhearod888 Are you after the pts for PR and IT related ang gusto mo na maassess ka? if yes, then you would need to study bachelor or masters. bachelors and masters can give you graduate visa, which allows you to stay longer here, na pde mong gamitin pra makakuha ng local experience pa dito sa Aus, na makakatulong rin s pts mo for PR.

Nasa sec 3 kasi yung school ko so yung bachelor ko comparable to AQF diploma lang.
