Hello @Cassey pa submit pa lang kasi magpapapirma pa ako ng form 1185 for the rest of my children (one form each for my applicant dependents). I have a 16 yo daughter I’m thinking if separate sya gagawan ng application or carryover to mine as I saw in the form na may parent consent ang 16 yo dependent pataas then affix her signature (could also request a PCC as per form had mentioned). Hopefully mabayaran ko na rin para lodged na. Keep us all here posted for sure😃

Need pa ba ng PCC based sa requirements?

The applicant is required to provide penal clearance certificates from overseas countries if:
The applicant has resided or travelled overseas since the age of 18 years or over, and
the total time spent overseas added up to 12 months or more, and
the time spent in any country was more than 90 consecutive days, or
the applicant is requested to do so by the department.

if na-satisfy yung 3 since puro AND nakalagay, then you have to.

tapos may OR , yang last part ay discretion na ng case officer

parang hndi mo na need ng PCC, in my understanding

Hi po!
We're preparing for our citizenship application in Dec.
Since more than 12 months kami absent, we need to ask for PCC from two countries.

Question1:
Pwede na po bang kumuha ng PCC eventhough due kmi for application in Dec pa?

Question2:
For Singapore PCC, may idea po ba kyo if ano yung "letter from overseas authority" for PCC?. I remember for PR visa we just gave them our EOI invite. Pwede na po ba irequest yun from immigration here in oz kahit di ka due for citizenship application? We called them yesterday and they do not have any clue.. Thanks po!

@katniss from my point of view PCC naman could be made requested to the involved country you had been to if very recent kayo nag stay doon (in anticipation na hihingin ng case officer eventually) pero safe kasi mag act pag hiningi ng CO upon reply lang. Marami na kasi case na nilakad nila yun PCC then di rin naman kinuha but again it won’t harm naman if you both got time and resources.

Not sure now kasi nag COVID and Meron pa rin travel restriction. Basta ang sure Sa SG yan pwede mag request not within AU 😊

Thanks Jedh_g Kakatawag lang nmin sa immigration and ganun din sabi nila. Part daw ng process ng citizenship application, yung CO to be assigned daw magbbigay ng letter for SG PCC. So wait na lang nmin after kmi maglodge ng application. Nagsubmit na kmi for the other country yesterday (atat ng konti) tingnan nmin if makukuha nmin beforehand naman yun...super simple lang kc ng requirements nila.

swertehin to.. meron nakakakuha within 3 months.. pero lately nsa 6-10 months due to covid..
dito sa VIC ewan ko lang gaano kalaki effect..

Buti na lang dumating agad ang mga Thai PCC and NBI clearance... issubmit ko nalang sa DHA para maprocess na nila yung approval ko na nabinbin since my citizenship test/interview...

by the way kapag may ni-request pala sa inyong additional documents.. need nyo sya i-provide within 28 days since the request or else they can decide on your application based on whatever requirements they have na lang

You can send your application sa NBI Mailed Clearance section... If you're a new applicant, you can apply sa Ph embassies/consulates dito sa Au... you also need to provide sets of fingerprints..

If you've been previously issued an NBI clearance 2014 or later, you can just photocopy your old clearance, passport and other Ph gov't issued IDs and then mail to NBI Mailed Clearance section...

Note: You don't need to provide new sets of fingerprints if your old NBI clearance was issued 2014 and later..

Nagstart na ata sila magprocess ulit ng citizenship application. May kakilala ako na Nov-19 pa sya nagapply then last Friday lang sya nakatangap ng exam and interview invitation then sched niya na sa Dec 2 agad. Mukhang mapapaaga ata paghihintay natin. Fingers crossed.
