Mag open ka online ng bank account sa australia.. sa kin ang tnry ko commonwealth bank sa australia (check m dn s ibng bank).. kht nsa pinas ka, pwede ka na mgkaron ng bank account number then pwede mo n yan magamit para itransfer mo money mo... sa bpi ko ginawa ung akin then deposited sa comm bank.
Pag dating mo ng australia need mo iclaim dun ung atm mo.

I moved everything from BPI to NAB via wire transfer.
You can pick any of the big 4, I like NAB because they have zero fees and zero maintaining requirements

Then ask your PH bank to wire transfer everything, this is the BPI form I used:

You need to know when and where you'll arrive, as wandererPH said you need to pick a branch and physically get your debit card.
