Hello po! Pwede po ba humingi ng konting sagot sa madami kong katanungan?..
Nasa stage na po ako na mag lo-lodge ng EOI, kakatapos lang po ng VETASSES and English test..
Architectural draftsperson po
Visa 190 - 70pts
Visa 491 - 80pts
Gano po katagal yung processing ng EOI? at saan state yung madalas nagkakaron ng invites for this field of work? pwede din po ba malaman ko kahit papano na malaki po ang chances ng approval ng visa 190 for Architectural draftsperson? sapat na po ba yung mga points ko para magkaron ng maayos ma result?
salamat po sa lahat ng mga makakasagot.

Architectural draftsperson is on the STSOL only, so 190 and 491 and TSS lng ang available pathway for now, and limited slots lng ang allotted for that occupation.
I'm not sure what you mean by EOI processing, but once you lodge your EOI there's no telling how long it will take to get an invite. Could be weeks, could be years. No one really knows until you get an invite.
Visa approval only depends on your documents (if accurate and complete) not on your occupation. There are no statistics about approval percentage of occupations. A few people in this forum have been waiting for a visa grant for almost 2 years ata for different occupations, di ko lang alam kung may na-grant na for draftsperson.
Maayos na result for what? Your likelihood of getting invited depends on skill shortage of the states, which varies every year. ACT only has <5 slots per month, so that's maybe 48 slots per year. All you can do at the moment is complete and lodge your EOI and wait for invitation. Increase your points if you still can.

Salamat po, naliwanagan ako..
possible din po ba na nagpasa na ng EOI ko kahapon pero yung test results ko is 50+ lang lahat? pero may another set of exam pa po ko .. so baka pag mas mataas un, irerevise lang nila ung submitted EOI?
190 and 491 ang nagproceed sa submission ng EOI ko, so baka kung ano sa dalawa yung pumasa don palang po masasabi na Lodge EOI? after that waiting nalang po sa ITA? tama po ba? kahapon lang po naipasa yunh EOI ko.

If you have already submitted an EOI, you should have documents as evidence to prove that you have 70+ points. What do you mean 50+ lang? Your EOI should only reflect points that you can claim based on your documents/evidence. It can be grounds for visa rejection if you overclaim points on your EOI (and you get an ITA based on those overclaimed points). If you lodged your EOI with 50 points, and then get additional points after your next exam, you can update your existing EOI (no need to make a new profile).
You can receive an ITA for either 190 and 491. If you receive an ITA at the same time/date, you can reject 491 then proceed with 190. If mauna ang 491 ITA, go for it na. After receiving ITA, I think you have to respond to the ITA and proceed with your visa application.

sa pag kaka alam ko po ang minimum required points is 65, kung hindi po aabot ang points nyo sa pag submit ng EOI hindi din po makaka receive ng invite. kung nasa total 50+ pa lang po ang points nyo kelangan nyo po makakuha ng proficient which is equivalent to additional 10 points or superior 20 points for English exam para maabot ang 65+ points.

I think pwede nyo hingin EOI and log in details so you can double check what they submitted for you.
Dito po mag log in to check EOI status/details.

Usually you don’t just wait to be invited after lodging an EOI. During normal days, you lodge the EOI and at the same time apply for state/regional nomination. Once your nomination is successful then an invite to apply for a visa will be issued. Be mindful that 190 & 491 doesn’t stop on EOI lodgement, there is one more step before waiting for an invite.

One step is missing here….you can’t get an invite to apply for either 190 or 491 without applying for state nomination.

If you’re offshore you have to wait for now. State nominations are not prioritised for offshore applicants, especially for your occupation. I make this clear with my clients. Your agent should have clarified this as well.

No, you’re not at this stage yet. You should be at the stage of waiting which state will be open for nomination. If you have an agent, this should be explained to you well instead of asking your case on this forum. You’re paying them fees. It’s their job to provide you the accurate answers suited to your circumstance.

As an agent, we don’t provide the log in details to our clients because we take ownership of our cases. Providing such would just temp the clients to amend the profile without us knowing and might just lead to messing up the case. We want to avoid such situation to happen. However, we provide them with copies of their EOI and points breakdown. I don’t think any agent will ever provide these log in details.

Thanks for that clarification Ms Rhea. Although with state nomination you'd have to wait for it to open first to be able to apply for nomination?

I think it's fair enough to know and ask for your EOI details. Try mo na rin itanong though di ko sure kung ano arrangement mo with your agent, kung based sa contract niyo eh totally sila lang ang pwedeng mag-access ng EOI mo.
I also had an agent before and binigay nila sakin ang access sa EOI ko for further checking ng details/information ko

Yes that all depends on the contract and the agent. As for us, we believe that it’s better to have sole responsibility of updating the EOI para hindi gumulo and walang sisihan later on.
