Lets just keep on praying, malay naten maging magkakaoffice mates tayo. Hehe automation ba skills niyo ngayon o functional? After this, kung palarin na makapasok, ano na next?

hiwalay po ba yung opening for functional and technical? technical lang po yung nakita kong posting

I think same lang yung questions sa lahat.
For me naman di ko na inspecify yung tools and languages. High level lang din talaga. I think yung purpose ng interview is para malaman if may testing experience talaga.

parang pinag-isa lang nila yung position ngayon na pag-aapplyan which is "Quality/Technical Engineers & Consultants" unlike before na magkahiwalay talaga ung application for functional and technical.
Baka sila na daw magdecide depending on your experience.

@callmeskyler eto yung nakalgay sa job details sa portal -
"Once you pass the initial video interview, you will be asked to complete an online assessment (either an exam or technical assessment)
After successfully passing the online exam/assessment you will be invited to a final interview round in which we will assess your suitability to Planit’s requirements"

if masusunod, mas umikli ung process, nawala yung skype interview prior exam

So far that’s it... waiting lang

Kayo ba ilang years exp niyo?

Ako 8 years na ako working here at Malaysia and 10 years sa Pinas. I still asked for their lowest nasa Aud 70k. Nahiya kasi ako at wala akong Australian experience.
So nasa inyo na yan.

So I guess mass hiring talaga sila.

I think one of the reason kaya sila may relocation program is because hindi sila makakuha ng skilled or experienced locally, so Australian experience would be the least of our concern.

Oo naman sa strength talaga. Skills, talents, initiative, communication.

O nga eh wala kasing nilagay kung anong tools of the trade na kailangan talaga nila. Generalized masyado advert nila

True. Well said there. Its just me being a bit cautious sa paghingi.

Tingin ko naman standard yung offer nila depending sa level kung saan ka ilalagay and sa city, based sa mga kilala kong mga nauna na dun years ago.

Hello po, may nakapagtry po ba sa inyo using phone for One way interview? Tapos 3 days lang po ba tlga validity nung link for one way interview? newbie po . thanks po

@Lam not sure kung true yung 3 days validity but based on the previous batches, if sa initial deadline nila na-hit na ung target number of applicates, icclose na nila (one of my friend hindi nakaabot sa one-way int last batch). If hindi naman, there's a chance na i-extend nila yung deadline.
But I suggest you did it asap, madali lang naman yung questions :)

U can do the practice interview multiple times para ma check mo ung recording. Have a back up plan. Kung may mahihiraman kang pc mas maigi. Kalaban mo kasi is gadget performance, noise and internet connectivity nyan.
Yes 3 days. Actual video kasi na isubmit is a minute worth lang

I think yung link lang ang may 3 days validity but the one way interview is up until June 30, well that what was indicated on my interview via sparkhire app. I used my mobile phone (S10) since mas malinaw yung camera neto kesa sa laptop na gamit ko plus I used jabra headset. You will be asked to download sparkhire app before you continue with your interview.

Validity nung link interview is 3 days. Pagka naactivate mo yung link, may deadline na June 30 para magsubmit, but of course, huwag mo na antayin yung June 30 hehe. Yung exam ang medyo kinakabahan ako. Sana may mapag share din ng insights about the exam. :-S
