Good day to All!

I am planning to work in Australia and below are my qualifications:

ERP Functional Consultant - 6 months to date (MS Dynamics Navision)
Business Consultant - 8 months
General Accountant - 5 years
CPA


May mga question lang po ako:

1. Mas madali ba sakin kung mag apply ako as Accountant? Yun kasi ang nakalagay sa SOL. Subclass 175 VISA.

2. Or kung mag apply naman ako as ERP Functional Consultant, anong VISA subclass po ang applyan ko?

3. Gusto ko po sana is mag apply ng work habang andito sa Pilipinas at the same time will prepare my documents like VISA, IELTS, etc. Mas OK po kaya yung ganon? Hinde din naman ganon kahaba ang pisi ko, wala po akong malaking budget. At most na siguro is 250taw.

a) you should understand how the EOI point system works..
- age
- IELTS
- educ qualification
- work experience - based on your post above, mukhang mas okay na Accountant, kasi dun mas maraming work exp mo.. so you can claim more points.

b) im not sure kung meron sa list SOL/CSOL na ERP functional consultant..

c) medyo mahirap mag-apply ng work from offshore, yung mga may PR visa nga minsan hirap pa rin makahanap ng work... well baka maka-tsamba ka rin ng employer sponsored visa..

-so mas okay kung mag apply ka ng Skilled migrant visa 189 or Visa 190.

Your problem might be that ict business analyst may not be considered by assesor as related to Accountant. Syang 5 years na exp mo jusy my opinion. Also why not 189 instead of 175?

You have a good Job experience .. na try mo na bang mag research for a Sponsored work sa internet?

old visa 175 = new visa 189 (under the Skillselect program)
old visa 176 = new visa 190 State sponsorship.. (under Skillselect program)

-you only have 8+6 months of BA role, that will not give you any points for work experience.. check again the EOI pts system...

- plus, tama si @vhothoy, since non-IT graduate ka, kailagnan mo ng mas maraming work experience to be able to have a positive skills assessment under ACS... try mo magbasa dun sa ACS thread...

Hinde pa po, yung 5 application na yun is before ako mapunta sa site na to, kaya dito muna ko focus magbasa.. pero if may mga alam pa po kayong jobsite, i am very interested to check them.

If i were you i will go for accountant 189 route. 5 years is like 10 points na rin (not sure) unlike sa acs with only 8 months with ict business consultant. Also Acctg grad ka yata not sure sa Acs so tama si lockcode check mo. While waiting for visa you can continue your current exp since medyo less than a year plang exp mo. Pag may visa kana then you can apply na din for your current role which maybe magiging easier for you. Im not sure kung gaano ka indemand ang Ms navisions ngaun pero you can check with seek. Ang medyo common kasi is yung mga SAP consultants. You might have a good chance na ma sponsor ng employer kasi specialised skills mo though kalaban mo lang is 8 months ka plang unless m prove mo otherwise. Goodluck

I will now start to prepare my documents like COE, and prepare for IELTS academic exam.. Important is magka VISA muna ko, pero try ko pa din maghanap ng sponsored work.

Sir musta feedback sayo? Halos same tayo, difference lang is SAP ako, at hindi ako CPA.
Lamang din ang accounting exp ko pero the last 2 years I am into SAP. God bless po.
