    naku hindi naman narefer ang medical naming @bluemist.
    actually yan nga ang reason bakit ako nagtataka bakit mejo natatagalan. nung august 27 pa naiupload ang medical naming at sa e-visa no further medical exam required na. di ko naman maemail si CO kasi may agent kami. pano ko kaya magagawa yung ginawa mo nagparamdam ka kay CO? natetense na kami ni hubby.

    iba yung CO ko.. pero at least same team... medicals lang din pala ang hiningi sa nyo... tapos na po kayo magpa-medicals? sked ko this friday... :) sana wala na hingin pa at patuloy na sa visa grant... :)

    @bluemist may gestational hypertension ako eh.di pa bumaba bp ko. May gamot din akong iniinom which i declared. Dont know if it will also affect. Sana hndi naman masyado na matagal if ma refer pa ako.

    Gaano ka taas ba yung bp ni @echo daw?
    150/90 yung sa kanya.. kung dineclare mo na din na may gamot ka na iniinom for that na dineclare mo, baka tanungin ka din kapag nagpa medicals ka. ako na refer ako, pero hindi naman na ako hiningan ng waiver or form 815 na kailangan ko magpa check sa GP pagdating ko duon (which I think is covered may medicare).

    nothing to worry if your case gets referred. they just have to check if you have a potential health condition that will be too costly for the australian government to shoulder. ganun talaga lahat ng mag aapply required magpa medicals, ako alam ko na mataas chance ko na baka ma refer, still we opted to have it done early para maaga na din makuha yung results. baka nga mga 4-5 weeks waiting time. :)
    Ako naman 130/90. Humingi na rin ako sa OB ko ng doc cert. to certify na pina.inom nya ako ng gamot due to gestational hypertension lng. Sana maging ok lahat.

Normal lng ba yun? Yung sa misis ko kc nawala na yung link. Sabay kmi ngpamedical pro sya sa pinas ako d2 sa malaysia.

    @solidjeff hello :) sa akin ganyan nangyari, sa evisa nawala na yung link sa hubby at son ko while sa akin nanduon pa din. nung nagka CO kami, hinanapan niya ako ng medicals. When we informed him that we had ours done and uploaded by aug 27, he replied that my medicals have been referred to the MOC.

    Tama po yung sabi ni @cchamyl and ask you CO for updates. :) sabi din sa iba, don't over analyze daw yung mga status kasi minsan hindi napapalitan na yun. :)

    @moonwitchbleu oo pag nagpa medicals mag fill up ka ng form 26 and 160 (for xray). nung nagpa medicals kami, nagdala na ako ng accomplished form 26 and 160, pero inask pa din ako mag fill up duon mismo ng form 26. :)

    Hello pinoy Au! Today we receive an email from a CO that our application for visa 189 is already withdrawn. We need to re apply for visa 190. That means we need to pay for VAC again. Huhuhu... But as the song of Kelly clarkson goes, What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, I hope I'll be.

    @bluemist wow! congrats po.. nakakainspire naman ang bilis ng 190. kami wala pa po CO mag 1 month na pero 189 naman kami. sana magka CO na kami..

    29 Aug 2013 - lodged visa 189 (husband primary applicant)
    November 2013 - Visa granted!!
    December 2013 - IE
    July 2014 - Final destination :-)

    ayan ang think positive! :) congrats! kahit papaano may paraan pa din... charge to experience na lang talaga.. pero try nyo din po ask kung pwede pa ma-refund...

    Hello po, tanong ko lang kung sakali wala pa medical at NBI clearance tapos naassign ng CO, ok lang ba na pag may CO na tsaka asikasuhin yun medical at NBI? ayoko kc magfrontloading ng documents, winowork out ko pa kc yun health status ko hypertensive kc ako so need to lose weight. Worry ko is baka maimbyerna si CO at deny ang aking papers o baka hindi na magparamdam si CO at itrash ang aking application? Almost 1 month na po ako after naglodge ng visa, pero other documents aside from character evidence and health evidence were uploaded.

    ACS application - Dec 30, 2012 (Software Engineer)
    IELTS 1st take (7L, 5R, 7W, 5.5S) - Feb 2, 2013 (retake)
    Submit EOI - May 10, 2013
    Received invitation - July 15, 2013
    IE - July 2014

We are sending him an email asking again for the refund process and the processing time we need to wait given we will be lodging another EOI. Is it true that the visa cost increased effective September 1?

    yes.. merong thread dito about the increase of fee/s as of Sept 1.
    good luck sana maka-refund kayo..

    but the good thing is.. tuloy na ulit ang application...
    check mo kung anung ginawa nung ibang same case mo, na nagwidraw din..
    search mo dito sa forum kung gumawa sila new EOI..

    @lock_code2004 @majal alam ko si @MJQ79 nag withdraw sila and create ng new EOI then waited to be invited. since approved na yung state sponsorship, i lodge niyo nalang na yung visa 190 using the EOI submitted to you state sponsorship application. :)

    sana ma refund niyo pa din, pambaon pa din yun. :)
