Hi, I was just wondering if yung visa ay sa corporate account (employer) ni-lodge ni agent. If I tried to import the application sa personal account ko is there any way na mainform (email or any) si agent about the import activity?

AFAIK, hindi sila maiinform. Ilang beses ko na to ginawa hindi naman sila nanotify. Rights mo din na makita yung application mo para mamonitor mo din kung may changes or wala

Thank you. Mag 3 months na kasi since the agent lodged my visa and no idea ano na yung status. Also may notice yung agent na importing application to personal immi account will result in penalties to my visa kaya medyo paranoid ako.

not true at all!! My agent even encouraged me to import my application into my personal immi account so I can monitor it. Dodgy yang agent mo. From student visa to PR application lahat nakaimport sa akin. Ganun din ginawa ng mga friends ko
