Hi. Newbie here. Gusto ko lang po sana mag ask if anong pwedeng gawin, my husband is currently working in Australia under VISA 482, his employer is going to process the extension of his VISA to us (Wife and kids) and concern ko po, paano kaya yung son ko, possible po bang magka problem or magka conflict ang VISA niya since his surname po is yung sa biological dad nya? Thank you so much po.

I'd probably ask a notaried letter stating that the biological father agrees that you can bring your son to Australia. Mas maganda ask an immigration lawyer.
