Employment Reference from a company that has closed operations

Pwede nga bang magamit ang work experience from a company that has closed operations sa Skills Assessment (particularly ACS)?

I've read the Skills Assessment Guidelines ng ACS paulit-ulit pero wala akong nakitang definite answer for the case if nagsara na yung former employer ng applicant. Nag-backread na rin ako sa mga threads pero wala din ako makitang definite answer or sakto sa situation ko. Ito yung mga naiisip kong possible options.

Option 1: COE with complete details provided by former company before they closed operations
Best case scenario, nabigyan ka ng COE with complete details as required by ACS. Pero will this be enough given na yung contact information sa COE will not be contactable anymore dahil nga nagsara na yung company? Email addresses will not be valid anymore and possible na iba na yung contact number.

Option 2: Affidavit from former manager with your employment details as required by ACS. Former manager should also submit their COE or leave certificate from former employer.
Ito yung pinaka-common kong nababasa dito. Pero what if walang COE or leave certificate si former manager? Or if meron man COE from former employer, possible din na hindi na contactable yung contact information sa COE na yun since nagsara na nga yung company, same as Option 1.

Option 3: Write a new COE with former employer's letterhead, include all the details as required by ACS and ask former manager to sign with their updated contact details, backdated to your resignation date before the company closed its operations.
Is this even a valid option or is this considered a fraudulent document? But in this case at least, pwede pa matawagan yung contact info sa COE unlike in Option 1 and Option 2 na pareho nang hindi ma-contact yung nasa COE ng applicant and former manager.

Medyo nawawalan na ako ng pag-asa na ma-count yung work experience ko. In the 5 companies I've worked for in the last 15 years, tatlo dun nagsara na and counts for more than half of my total years of experience. sayang naman kung ni isa dun hindi ko na magamit sa skills assessment lalo na in touch pa naman ako dun sa isang former manager ko at willing sya tumulong.

    Not from ACS, pero sa Vetassess nagamit ko naman ung experience ko sa company na na-dissolve.

    Di ko na pina complicate, I just asked my former manager to write (more like sign) the Statement of Service with the letterhead. During that time, sabi ko pano ba nila i veverify to, although it's safe since totoo naman ung statement and they can contact my manager (na Japanese na di marunong mag English, so goodluck sa kanila, hehe). So bahala na sila pano nila i-verify ung company, and kung maka receive ako ng notice about it, tsaka ko na lang problemahin. In the end wala naman issue. I bet di sila tumawag at all. lol

    Forgot to add, the Statement mentioned that the company has closed. So the assessor can set some expectations if they even wanted to contact the company. As I've said, in the end it was a non-issue, but this is Vetassess. To be honest ACS should be more lenient since mas maraming startups sa Tech industry.

    Thank you so much po sa reply! I briefly checked yung vetassess guide to nominate an occupation.. tama po ba intindi ko na wala silang specific format na hinihingi sa docs na gagamitin as evidence of your work experience?

    Sa ACS po kasi meron talaga nakalagay na Certificate of Employment with specific details and if hindi kaya ma-provide yun ng company, need talaga magpa-sign ng affidavit from your former manager or supervisor.

    Based sa nabasa ko sa vetassess parang di sila ganon ka-specific sa requirements kaya ang feeling ko tuloy mas maluwag si vetassess kesa ACS 😅

    No, very detailed Statement of Service ang hanap ng Vetasses. May specific format, they even have a template from their site for reference/guide ng information na dapat nakalagay sa certificate.

    Sa Case po ko ay under Vetassess po ko. 2 ex-company ko po ang close na. Ang documents po na sinubmit ko ay Statutory Declaration, employment letter na nakalagy po Job description ko, payslips at bank statements po. Tinaggap naman po ni Vetassess at nirecognized po sya as experience ko.

    thanks po. nakita ko na po yung template, looks very similar nga din po sa template ng ACS. so aside from the statement of service, wala na po kayo ibang ni-submit to prove naman po yung employment/years of work ng manager nyo sa company since ginamit nyo po yung letterhead ng company na nag-close na? and hindi rin po need ng affidavit or notary?

    Along with 1st and last payslips lang. Di nila ni-require ung proof ng employment ng manager ko, so yeah baka unique to sa ACS. :( No need rin for notarised affidavit. Good luck!

    need po ng statutory declaration stating na I am unable to provide them the required standard reference letter due to company closure po. nilagay ko po yan sa SD pati na din po mga supporting documents ko to prove na nagwork po talaga ako dun.

    Yung employment letter po ay yung contract ko sa company in company letter head po yun. Sa contract ko po kasi nka-describe ang Job description ko.
