Is Honours Degree equivalent to Bachelor's Degree?

Hi. Can anyone confirm if the two are equivalent? Sa assessment guideline kasi for my line of work, magkaibang bullet points pa sila among the other bullets.

Ito yung 2 out of the 6 categories (one must meet one of the 6 categories):

a four-year _honours _degree in physics + 12 months work exp
a three-year degree in physics + 18 months work exp

Anyone? Thanks!

July 2024: Applied for Skills Assessment
September 2024: Received results for the Skills Assessment; skills assessed as Suitable (Thank You Lord!!)
October 2024: Spouse took the PTE-A and got the results same day -- Superior (Thank You Lord!!!)
October 2024: Created EOIs for SC 189 and SC 190 VIC
December 2024: Created additional EOIs for SC 491 SA and SC 491 WA
