PTE score 0 for Subclass 190

Hello newbie here. I recently read that subclass 190 visa only requires a minimum of 50 points per band in PTE (Competent). My total points is 65 considering my husband will take PTE exam and he will gain 5 points.
I failed PTE exam that I took last month. I am think of not taking PTE exam anymore if I don't pass this December as I am not confident I'll get 65 or 79. My overall score is just 61. I am turning 40 next year so it means if I don't get invited past my birthday on September next year, that means I lose the chance of being invited.
My question is can I just have it lodge even my PTE score is only 50+ per band and will there be a chance I get invited for only getting minimum score at 65? I am a software tester.

You can submit EOI but the chances are too slim. Sadly because of limited state nominations, Superior english is a MUST imo. Also your occupation is not really a priority so aim to get a higher points like 85 and above.

    *85 or above.

To add, why not get a positive skills assessment for your husband and also check NAATI? though that exam is more expensive.

+1. Don't expect to be invited at 65. A lot of people score 85-90 and still don't get one. Ang laking boost ng score ng Superior PTE sa profile mo, you'll go from 65 to 85 with just the english test. Puro tricks lang ang PTE so don't get discouraged, I reckon hindi mo lang alam strategies na need sa exam

Nit just 190 subclass visa required this but 189 and 491 as well. The minimum level for GSM pathway is competent level.

As long as you meet the minimum eligibility requirements there’s always a chance but of course the higher your points are the better the chances.
