Hi! I hope someone can give me advise on my situation. DIY here. Hindi ko na po talaga alam ang gagawin. Ang mahal po kasi sa agent, gusto nila bayaran ko yung buong PF nila kahit nasa EOI stage na ako.

I have a previous employer 6years po ako doon. Makapag provide po ako ng papers (payslip, coe, ITR)
My current employer po ako since september 2022 until now. I can provide coe, contract (notarized 2022), payslips. Since sept 2022 hanggang october 2023 hindi po ako nadedeductan ng pagibig/philhealth/sss, di rin daw po ako mabibigyan ng ITR kasi non taxable yung sahod ko. Ngayong december palang po ako madedeductan ng mga benefits.
May nabasa po ako about sa statutory letter, kinausap ko na po yung HR at yung directress ng work ko, hindi daw sila magpprovide ng letter para sakin kung bakit na hindi ako nadedeductan ng benefits. (Reason is nasa listahan pa ko ng ieenroll nila, at late ako naipasok bilang employee kasi newly hired ako.)
Both employer ay na-credit po sa Skills assessment.
Question.
Ilalagay ko po ba sa EOI yung current employer ko? Requirements po ba yung superannuation docs, bank statements and taxation? (Sss/pagibig/philhealth/ITR) about sa bank statement, cash basis po ang sweldo namin.
May nakausap ako na agent, ang ilagay ko nalang daw ay yung date na masstart akong mabigyan ng docs. Is it safe? Nakalagay sa assessment result ko sept2022 ako employed pero sa EOI ay ilalagay ko ngayong december?
I need some thoughts. Yan nalang po araw-araw kong iniisip. Thank you

will the current employment changes your points? if not, better be safe than sorry. claim mo lang muna yung may mapprovide kang complete documents. mahirap na, baka in the end, mas mapagastos ka sa agent when you have to fix issues. wag naman sana

Hindi naman po, pasok pa din po sa 5years na bracket. Kasi 6years ako dun sa previous employer ko. Hindi po ba maquestion na bakit di ko nilagay sa EOI yung current employer? May mga part pa ba sa visa application na need ilagay lahat ng employment history?

hindi naman. pwede mo pa rin naman lagay pero click mo na not related sya, para di ma count yung current experience mo. para andun pa din history
oo, lalo na pag state nomination. tapos after nun, sa visa lodgement din may employment history. skilled visa sya eh lol

baka mas maquestion ka pa if nag claim ka tapos wala ka supporting docs. lalabas na overclaiming

Pag po kaya lumitaw na yung company name sa Sss/pagibig/philhealth pwede ko na po kaya ilagay yung work ko? Kunwari ngayong december na start makaltasan, december yung ilalagay ko sa EOI?

Is ok as long as u are able to provide evidence sa claims mo that will be fine. Not all docs are required ,di ibig sabihin u wonβt be able to prove your work experience.
HR is there to provide you the company letter and necessary docs that can support your claims if needed.
First employer is more than enough to claim 10 points.
Second employer will add experience and continuity but not so much to give you the next 5 points.
First you have to lodge your EOI then run through the documents, authenticity is also a key , understand may transition sa bago mong work, so is not an issue if your SSS or contri are not up to date. You need to be as authentic as can be and declare the right info.
Along the way if your EOI progresses there are forms that will let you spill out the beans ,even your employment way back donkey years,, travel history etc. so if u leave gaps at the very start you will have consistency issues in your application.
You can have an appointment letter ,contract and even probi period na evidences if ever ,all these will suffice you are currently employed in your nominated occupation .

Parang di nga po supportive yung HR namin π
Nadelay din po kasi ako ng pagbigay sakanila ng details kaya nasa waiting list ako ng madedeductan. Sinabi ko na din po na yun ang ilalagay na reason sa letter pero ayaw po nila na magprovide ng letter.
Meron po akong payslips, kaso may nababasa po ako na need daw po ng third party as proof.
