Hi, we sent an EOI (190) to NSW, SA, and VIC. So far, no positive updates yet. We also submitted an ROI for VIC, but we have not been selected for the past rounds.
We are planning to send another EOI pero 491 naman kung wala talagang updates after a year. Is it possible to do it na magsend kami ng 491 kahit nag send kami ng EOI for 190?
And also, if the main applicant resigns from his work, will it impact the 491 na aapplyan pa lang if ever?

To add more chances -as 190s and 491s can be concurrent ,better send EOIs too for that matter in all states na eligible - which ever comes in your way grab it. I believe you are offshore base sa multiple states your applying. In doing that - separate EOIS per state and per subclass is the best approach. Just check each states requirements like VIC they may allow you to tick one subclass in one ROI at at time , but is ok for NSW to have multiple EOIs as long as it is exclusive.
It is better to update the EOIs as soon as circumstances changes as soon as possible to keep your EOI info up to date ,in case an invite comes in you are on a higher ground. I don't think there is an issue regarding change in employment during EOI stage or even after getting invited. Just do the diligence to keep EOIs updated as soon any changes comes along the way.
