Obtaining Police Clearance outside Philippines

Hi mga sir and madame, help naman po. We are working and living here in Middle East for more than 7 years.

As for Police Clearance, I understand na will have to obtain this on the country we reside for more than a year, do we still need NBI clearance from Philippines?
