yes. Pinoys will be under the 462 visa. 18-30 lang talaga sa lahat ng countries na eligible dyan.
Only some countries under the 417 working holiday visa have an age limit of 35

WHV i believe is only for those who are prepared, mentally/emotionally/financially, unfortunately, it is not who you know or what you know that matters, it is if you have come prepared for the battle
