Got my favorable letter from ACS yesterday for ICT Business Analyst.

I'm prepping to send out my EOI for next cycle on Oct.7.

There's still a roadblock ahead as the invitations are now apparently limited especially for ICT.

Hopefully, I get over that hurdle as well. :)

So far, it's been a smooth (but pocket-busting) ride to my PR Visa. hehehe

Dito ko yata dapat i-post 'to. Ulitin ko lang po:

I had just lodged a visa application, but haven't uploaded docs yet, will do it later. I have some questions, I hope you could help me.

1.) Can I still edit the information i declared sa pag fill-out ng forms during visa lodging?
2.) On question re "overseas employment", i understand this pertains to employment outside Australia. So ang answer ko dito YES with a duration of 8 yrs..." Tama?
3.) Do I need to state "intended state of residence"? I put in Victoria, intended lang naman pwede pa magbago.
4.) On question re "secondary level and above educ". Do I need to include pati yung secondary (high school) level ko?
5.) "Date To" of current employment. Ayaw ma-save when i left it blank. So I just selected the current date. Ganun din ba ginawa nyo?
6.) On question re "outstanding debts on any public authority". I have pending housing loan application to pag-ibig waiting for processing and approval and I assume it will be approved soon, do i need to declare it? What I did, since hindi pa sya approve, i answered NO to this question. Pero sooner, do I need to inform my CO pag approve na loan ko?

Thanks. I hope you can take time to answer my questions. God bless.

    hello po.. sana maka-help...

    1. You can still edit your visa application online if you haven't submitted it. If you have already submitted and paid, the only way for you to change details is to submit the change forms. You can refer to the Help section page in evisa. They have the links there to the forms.

    2. Yes, overseas employment refers to employment experience outside of Australia. What I answered here was the total years of experience credited in my skills assessment.

    3. There is really no right answer here. I'm planning to stay in Sydney that's why I answered New South Wales. If you are a 189 invitation holder, it doesn't really matter. If you are state sponsored then I think the best answer is to go with the State that nominated you.

    4. I only placed here the educational years credited in my skills assessment. If you are a bachelor degree holder, I believe there is no need to declare your high school education as it is already a given.

    5. I don't really remember my answer here. If it is the same process as with the EOI then best answer is to go with today's date (or when you submitted the visa application) for current employment.

    6. For this, I am also unsure. Let's ask the experts? heheheh...

    Yes, current date...

Ang rationale nyan is to give it a cut-off na iyan ang work experience mo AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION... :)

Hi dhey_almighty. I wonder who your agent is with MGA? Yung agent ko kasi has been very helpful and up to date so far. I have no complaints in terms of communication and setting the right expectations.

But I think they are a credible company.

    @TasBurrfoot @cchamyl - thanks for the replies.

yung regarding sa "outstanding debts from public authority" na lang malabo sakin. worried ako sa pagibig loan ko. i dont know if i need to inform my CO about it. who among here have outstanding loans from sss/pagibig/gsis when you applied for a visa. did you declare it? thanks.

hi @loudandclear, ako meron and I declared it. initially nde ko sya sinama, thinking na private entity sya and I already lodge my application. tumawag ako sa pag-ibig at tinanong ko kung public ba sila. and they say yes. so fill up ako agad ng form 1022 notice of incorrect answers and explained my side.

re: loan sa SSS and gsis, we paid in full para wala na lng question. ung pag-ibig kasi milyon kaya nde pwede. hehehhee... pero wala pa namn kme visa kaya nde ko alam kung anong bearing. pero my friends here in Sydney say na wala namn un bearing kasi loan namn un at encumbered ng title.

@mhej hello..si joan ang nagassist sa amin...okay naman siya...but na frustrate lang kame nung nagkaroon ng additional visa fee pra sa wife ko which we really didnt expect kase nga we were on time in delivering our documents...well, the rest is history!

Ah. same thing with me and my partner. Nung una namin nakausap, 1 application lang daw, 1 fee for both applicants. Pero we were well informed naman na may possibility mag change yun by July 2013. So lo and behold, by July 2013, nagbago na nga ang rule. He/She now has to pay at least half of the full price. We were okay with it, kasi hindi naman kontrolado ng agency ang change in prices and we were not even halfway through the processing.

Ang alam ko, whatever changes are in place by the time you actually submit your Visa Application (after IELTs, Skills Assessment, EOI), yun ang kelangan bayaran.

Weird though, because based on your signature, May 2013, nakapagsubmit ka na ng Visa Application. Unless of course, I'm wrong in assuming na July 2013 lang nag change. Baka naman May pa pala. I just can't remember. hehe.

Hindi si Joan ang agent ko. I'd prefer keeping her profile a secret kasi she warned me against going to forums. hahaha. Pero I trust her and hindi pa naman siya nagpakita ng signs na tatarantaduhin niya kami. :)

@mhej tomoh! actually May 31 nga kame nakapagsubmit ng Visa Application, then nagcivil wedding pa kame ni misis at nakapagsubmit kame ng CTC ng marriage certificate namin before june 28...at sa DIAC the same day...i think...pero since sabi ni agent, late na daw at sabi rin ni CO e late na rin nga daw kaya no choice na kame at binayaran na lang namin yung extra visa fee...no choice na e..but we did complain, both sa MGA at sa CO... :-)

the thing is, the agent kase bukang bibig agad sa amin e bayaran na daw namin! which is nakakaasar kase nga unexpected na nga sabay wala man lamang siyang amor sa predicament namin...considering na within 3 days lang dapat e mabayaran na agad namin...si misis devastated kase nga one option of ours is mauna na muna ako...hehe

kaya nga kame nag-agent para sa mga things like this, e kaso bukang bibig agad ni agent e pera agad without appealing sa CO about our status...kaya medyo nakakaasar... :-)

more like a clarification...since visa label free na ang Oz, so meaning wala na sticker na ilalagay sa passport mo?! then aattend na lang kame ng PDOS and then what?!

1.you can ask for credit limit increase to the issuing bank or
    2. pay in excess for the amount you need to use, for example your credit limit is 100k only and you need to pay for your visa application, let‘s say 300k, let‘s assume that your card is free of debt I mean your credit card has a 100k available balance, deposit a payment of 200k and your credit limit will be increased to 300k, coz the back won‘t give back your over payment in cash, they will just inform you that you can use the over payment through purchases using your card, but before doing this CALL THEM FIRST,in my case I have experience paying in excess unintentionally and the bank did what i have
    mentioned.
    3. You can also apply for a debit card with a mastercard or visa logo that you can use for online payment transaction. Available in banks such as PS Bank,BPI,Union bank, I‘m not sure with the other banks if they also have this.

    Hope this will help.:)

Ganito yun @dhey_almighty; you may have interchanged things... PR Visa Label is no longer given (unless request and pay for a fee); having said this, when you attend a PDOS/CFO (or whatever they really call it) seminar, ipapakita mo lang ang visa grant mo as proof na migrant ka.

Pagkatapos ng seminar, bibigyan ka ng visa label and it looks like the image in the below link:
