Hi! Are you a student or young professional looking for a room accommodation in Adelaide, South Australia? Our property owner is looking for one more tenant. The house is located very near the CBD and it is only Stop 2A by bus route 167 or 168. The room rate is at AU$105 to AU$115 room only, excluding electricity, gas, water and internet bills which are shared by the tenants. Kitchen and dining with 2 refrigerators and TV provided by owner. Currently shared by three (2 male and 1 female) Filipinos and 1 (female) Vietnamese. It is not Hilton Hotel but reasonable if you are working on a budget.
