hi guys..where do you think is it best to have medicals in manila? st. lukes or nationwide? how many days po? by appointment po ba? mabilis lg po ba silang mg upload ng results if nka eHealth? pano po yung procedure? or do you know of any clinic na accredited other than the two? I'm taking my baby with us kaya need to know in advance para hindi masyadong mahirap pgdating dun and we are from Negros pa...please pa share naman your experiences... thanks so much guys!! Good morning @chinky. We went to st. Lukes Bonifacio Global City for our medical exam. They have a hotel-like facilities, konti lang ang tao at di magulo. Within 3-4days lang maupload kaagad nila ung results. Well, we end up paying additional $400+ dahil dito na nagpacheck si wife sa SG. Lukes, it took them more than a week pa bago naiprocess after nila marecieved.

Hi. Had my health exam done at NHSI Makati on a Tuesday afternoon. Naabutan ko dun a family of 4 and a few solo applicants. Malamig yung clinic, malinis, the staff were really nice and accommodating, even the doctor who did my physical (she made small talk, asking me about my plans, if I'm excited etc..)

All in all the process was done in half an hour. Then I was advised that the result will be forwarded to DIBP after a week. I checked my immiaccount and they did forward it to DIBP after 6 days, weekends included in the count.

No need to set up an appointment.

In Manila only NHSI and St Lukes have accredited panel physicians. But there are also other hospitals accredited in Cebu, Davao and Baguio City. Check them here :http://www.immi.gov.au/Help/Locations/Pages/Philippines.aspx

Just manage your expectations na lang po. You may request for an expedited processing and uploading of your results to DIBP, but 1 day is I think too soon. If you're really pressed for time have your medicals na ASAP. :) good luck po.

Just to share, I went to SLEC Global City Taguig. Nasa 10th floor ng Medical Arts building. We got there at around lunchtime kasi we had to pick up our renewed passports in DFA Alabang. Yung guard ang sasalubong sayo and will ask you to fill out some forms. Yun yung Form 26 and Form 160. And 2 pcs passport-sized photo in blue or white background.

Libre ang photocopy ng passport dun. May dala kasi kaming photocopy pero sabi ng guard wag daw yun, gusto nya sya gagawa. Hehehehe.

Pagpasok namin walang tao. Nakalunch break yung nasa cashier. Be prepared mag hubad ng lahat lahat kasi kailangan. Yung husband ko, nakalimutan ko heads-upan kaya paglabas nya galit na galit kasi feeling niya daw violated sya kasi pinataas baba yung kamay nya kaharap doctor habang nakahubad. HAHAHAHA!

Our medicals was done in 30 minutes. And uploaded after 2 business days. Fast, efficient and clean sa SLEC Global. Eto yung rates:

    0-4 y/o Php 2,350.00
    5-10 y/o Php 2,650.00
    11-14 y/o Php 3,625.00
    15 y/o and up Php 4,250.00

    Yun lang. Bow.

palagay ko St. Lukes Global City ang the best, based on my research and personal experience though ito lang yung napuntahan namin. :).

Medical check done yesterday Sep 26, 2014 - St Lukes Global City.

4,250 per adult (15 and up)
2,650 per child (5-10 years old)

    Notes:

    1. Wala masyadong pila, we were visitor #3~5 for Aus; yung Canada na nakasabay namin is at #22 nung dumating kami ng about 10AM. Mga 5 people lang kaming pinaprocess ng time na yun sa room. Maluwag.
    2. Natapos namin lahat except xray ng 11:15AM. Merong weight, height at BP check; merong eye check (with your glassses on) at blood test.
    3. Pwede naming matapos yun ng 12 kaso we decided to eat lunch first. Via Mare at Ground Floor - the best kare kare and puto bumbong I had in years.
    4. Additional 45 mins for xray for me and my wife.
    5. No xray or blood test for my son.
    6. Urine Test results discussed to us, no issue. Complete results will be forwarded directly by them to DIBP. Guess its about 1 week,

    FYI :)
