    Hi everyone. I just recently signed up on this forum. Here's my timeline:

    October 2013-January 2014: NSW State Sponsorship
    February 3 2014- Present: Awaiting case officer

    I still have not heard anything from immi since day 1. I called them yesterday and they told me that the processing for subclass 190 is up to 6 months. They told me that I already have a case officer but I have not heard anything from them. My documents are complete and I already did my medicals back in December last year to get ahead.

    Can someone share how long does it usually take to get the grant letter if all your documents are complete? This is for the 190 Visa. It's been taking ages and I currently work here in Sydney as a Regsitered Nurse.

    @markinoz Hi welcome to the discussion! Well as you can see in their timelines roughly it takes 2-3 months to get their approval after lodging visa. It varies a lot though because some can get approvals as soon as within more than a month and some may take longer that depends on their COs and documents that they have provided. I have read somewhere (but this is not officially posted on DIBP) that there might some delays on processing times because migration programme planning level has now limited number of places. I do not want to hold into this information but if that's the case we got no choice but to wait and wait until our application is finalized. I hope i have answered your query right. In the meantime, let us keep in touch in this discussion and update each other about our individual progress. And it is good to observe the timelines of people in this forum especially those already with grants so you will have the idea of average processing times in applying skilled migrant category.

    Actually pansin ko lang pag nagbago na status mo sa immiaccount from recommended to received eh may nakaallocate ng CO sayo pero di ka pa na contact. Ganyan nangyari sakin, within a week may CO na agad.

    Or baka coincidence lang sakin, kasi last ako nagupload ng mga payslips ko, so after nun one week nagkaroon na ng CO. Pero kasi 6 months sobrang tagal not unless nag recession. Nangyari sa kaibigan ko yan, 2-3 years siyang naghintay dahil nagrecession that time (2008-2009) ang oz, 2010 na siya naapproved at nakalipad.

    @jantox let's just keep our hopes up, wala namang notice from DIBP about recession or any delaying factors. tuloy tuloy naman ang grants so far. its just a matter of time at higit sa lahat kapag God's will na talaga matatanggap din natin yan.

    Hmm ako naman napansin ko na within two days nagiging received na yung docs na inupload. Diko nga sure kung system generated kc like nagcheck ako mga gabi pa yun required pa yung status. Tapos mga madaling araw saten mga 1am cgro naging received na. Eh diba advanced sa oz ng mga three hrs. Eh sabi ko dipa naman pumapasok yung CO nun bakit received na?hehe

    @jantox sa account ko recommended pa rin althought yung organize health examination naging no further examination required na naka remark. means uploaded na siya. and as i have checked with most of our friends here ganun din ang status ng kanila.

    @Kremitz probably auto update siya, siguro me lag time lang ang system na mag iindicate sa account mo. Mine was 5 march around 2AM din so parehas tayo.

    December 2013 - EOI and Vic SS application (60 points including VIC SS if invited)
    December 2013 (deferred until Feb 2014) - IELTS Take 2 (Aiming for atleast an 8 on all bands sa tulong ng review center this time)
    September 16 2013 - ACS Results : Suitable - Bachelors degree, 2 years experiences = 15 points
    August 9 2013 - IELTS Results: LR-9, S-7.5, W-7, OBS-8 = 10 points Salamat po Lord!
    July 27 2013 - IELTS Take 1 (hopefully first and last)

    @jantox Re health status, ganyan din sa aken. Di nagchange yung status sa immiaccount at nakalagay lang 'no health examinations...' pero nung chineck ko sa emedical client site, nakalagay sa health case status: "this health case was submitted to dibp on (date)." need lang ng hap id para makaaccess sa emedical.

    @markinoz same here, onshore applicant, di nagparamdam ang co from day 1.. Nainip na ko kaya on my 8th week (10March), tumawag po ako sa dibp and i was informed may co na ko 13Feb pa. Then 13March, na-receive ko po yung email visa grant (direct). Malapit na po yan..

    @sonsi_03 meron po akong nabasa dito sa forum (nakalimutan ko kung anong thread) nag enquire re visa update over the phone pero not sure kung sa phils or from singapore nag-enquire.. wait po naten yung iba baka may nakakaalam.. waiting time po pla sa call umabot sa akin ng 15mins.. :(

    @sonsi_03 umm ako po i would wait po cgro for a couple more weeks hehe max po sa nabasa ko dito for visa 190 eh eight weeks from visa lodgement bago nagka co. Cgro if after eight weeks wala padin then thats the time na magfollow up ako hehe
