    Maraming salamat sa organizers ng first ever Perth EB @Filamokio, @rocky, @lock_code2004. Mukhang enjoy na enjoy ang lahat. Exciting ang ulan at lamig. Maraming salamat kay Alex sa pagsundo at hatid samin. Kay Cynthia sa masarap na puto at brownies (may tapaw pa), kay Rocky sa barbie at kay @lock_code2004 sa KFC, at sa lahat ng mga nakadalo.     Mga ka-WA,

    Tanong lang… paano nyo nakuha yung place na nire-rent-ahan nyo ngayon?
    Meron kasi kaming nakitang 2br villa na gusto naming i-rent, kaya lang 20 kaming applicants. Saka paano nyo na-satisfy yung rental history (?) kung bago pa lang dito..

    @cind3r3lla gawa ka ng cover letter at dun mo describe yung situation mo - wala ka rental history pero may stable work ka, hingi ka opportunity to prove yourself, willing to pay a higher deposit or a longer advance, etc etc. ;)

    @rocky, may cover letter pa rin pala kahit sa rental. hehe. anyway, naipasa na namin ang application as it is. mag-follow-up na lang ako tom at try maki-negotiate ulet. salamat! kapag hindi namin nakuha itong unit na ito, sa next na lang ulet yung cover letter. :)

    @cind3r3lla kakaaprub lng ng rental property na inapplyan ko, advertised ng owner pero thru agent pa rin processing. Nkahingi ako ng ref letter from my landlord sa SG taz dinagdag kk na rin yng current na accommodation ko, bale binigay ko contact details ng main tenant dito. Ska yng mga character ref at employment ref kht part time nilagay ko. kinontact tlga ng may-ari yng mga nilagay kong reference.
