Looking for someone to share a house.. Preferably single female

Preferred location would be around Parramatta to Seven Hills area.
I have most of the household equipment such as washing machine, couch, small fridge, table, microwave oven.

Its tad lonely to live alone and also expensive.
Im clean, dont drink or smoke, no drugs and have a good rental history. looking for someone similar to co-sign a lease. We can meet up to discuss, and start looking for a place to lease.
