@yani1127 Kasi more than 5 years ang binawas sakin ng ACS so zero yung work experience points ko sa NSW. Sa VIC kasi considered yung buong more than 7 years experience ko.

@lccnsrsnn sorry, makisali ako, na curious ako. So yung pag declare mo ng work exp sa EOI mo para sa Vic, lahat ng exp mo is tag as Related? kahit yung binawas ni ACS?

And pede malaman kung ano agency mo?

@Heprex Yes sa assessment ko kasi sa ACS lahat ng work experience ko related naman sa nominated occupation ko kahit yung binawas ni ACS. Respall yung agent ko.

@lccnsrsnn ang alam ko maski related pa lahat ng work experience mo sa nominated occupation mo as long as binawasan ka na ng ACS for example ng 5 years sa lahat ng claim mo dpat minus 5 years na.. meaning walang difference dapat ang claim mo sa NSW or VIC.

@lccnsrsnn hello. Agree ako kay @Hunter_08 un din ang pagkakaalam ko. Ung assessment ng ACS ang need sundin kasi yan ang ipapakita mo na proof ng claim mo sa employment once mag lodge ka ng visa. Meron mga nadedeny na visa pag nag overclaim ng points. Sayang ang pera. Baka you want to verify yan sa agent mo. God bless

Better double confirm this with your agent. You don't want to be invited then rejected because of that. Sayang ang time, pera at opportunity.

question po ulet.. SS for Non ICT applicants drtso po sa victoria website mag lodge ng eoi? tama po ba? if yes, hindi po makikita ang status sa immitracker?
same din po ba if 489 ang e lodge na eoi?

Thanks guys! I quadruple confirmed already even before giving them the go signal to submit my EOI and talked to a friend of mine who went through the same process with them na nasa Melbourne na. But thanks for your concern.

@lccnsrsnn kelan nag process yung friend mo? Previous process kase is you will submit sa site nila, at dun sa site nila tlagang iddeclare yung whole experience. different entity si Skill select. Pero kung ganun tlga sabi ng agent, let me know your status. Thanks!

agree ako kay @Heprex ganyan ginawa ko before nung nag apply ako sa VIC sa site nila for visa 190 dineclare ko lahat ng experience ko pero sa EOI hindi kasi ang susundin nila is yung assessment mo sa ACS kung ilan years yung pwede mong e claim. dun sila mag cocompare once na mag lodge ka na ng visa

tama po ba na ang may occupation ceiling lang is for visa 189 pero no limit for visa 190? naghahati po ba sa occupation ceiling ang 189 and 190? salamat sa makakasagot.

@yasarella hindi po may sariling ceiling ang state kahit cap napo yung 189 nagiinvite pa rin yung mga ibang states for 190 for the same job nomination. sana nakatulong.

Unfortunately, tumaas din mga minimum scores needed for pro rata occupations.
I don't know if it's for good or inuubos lang nila ung backlog nila.

You and your dependants intend to live in Victoria for at least two years. You understand that this two year commitment commences from the time that the nominated visa is granted if you are already living in Victoria; or upon arrival in Australia if you are currently living overseas.

Did anyone else receive a nomination today? I changed my EOI last night to claim for partner points then na-hit ko 80pts. Tapos I received nomination agad today. So maybe yun ang turning pt, 80pts pataas muna siguro sila.

Nag english exam din po ba partner mo? IELTS,PTE etc.?

@yani1127 I would suggest na gamitin mo lang format nila sa website.... Sa case ko kasi dati nung 1st time ko magpasa for 190 akala malaki impact ng CV dahil nareject ako. So, sinubukan ko sa second try ko to submit the same CV to see kung ano talaga impact, and I received invitation. The same CV but different result, nung 1st application ko kasi 60pts lang dineclare ko but yung second was 65pts. Sa case mo 80 pts. tingin ko wala gaano impact yung CV.. just my thought...
