    Meron na din kaming CO (Laura Watters), Asking for Form 80 docs at IELTS, medyo nalito ako sa IELTS kasi nag upload naman ako pati si Misis, pero humihingi pa ulit. Anyway upload ko nalang. Cheers.

    Tama si @DMAU2012, sa email ang notification. Pero sa akin sa email pinapasend yung mga requested docs (Form 80). But I plan to upload pa din sa immiaccount para sure at the same time send via email to CO.

    @johnvangie To answer your question po, Matagal po talagang pag iisip kasi comfortable life na kami dito. hindi sa pagmamayabang pero both 6 digits kami each (gross, so bawasan pa ng tax). May yaya, nabibili namin gusto namin, nakakapasyal every weekend, staycation sa hotels, travel to other countries, etc.

    It's really a tough decision and a very huge risk. It will also be a life-changing one. So it all boiled down to the ff. factors: IN THE LONG RUN: consider 1) Retirement 2) Education 3) HealthCare

    On Retirement, walang ganito sa company namin. Meron nasa law pero dapat 60/65 yrs old ka na, or offeran ka siguro ng separation / severance / early retirement / redundancy pay. Not sure actually. Basta pag aalis kami dun say at age 45, ala kaming makukuha talaga. If magrerely kami sa SSS naman, it's roughly ~P6,000 per month based on my computation. Ano mabibili ng ganon in the future? Cyempre pwede ka pa rin magtabi using a portion of ur salary para sa retirement pero compared sa AUS, may alloted portion na kasi, say ~10% of ur salary, and it will be matched by your employer kaya malaking bagay yun.

    On education, maganda ang quality of education. Kahit public school okay pa rin. So hindi mo na masyadong pag iipunan yung education ng mga anak mo dun. Habang nagwwork ka, maitatabi mo na yung pera for your savings.

    Healthcare, pag nagkasakit ka dito sa Pilipinas ubos ipon mo.

    On tax, mararamdaman mo benefits ng tax mo dun. Hindi kagaya dito.

    Other factors na maliliit na lang - we can probably jog there in the morning, do biking, etc, without pollution. Dito saan mo ba magagawa yun e puro usok.

    Dito ang mahal ngg mga masasarap na pagkain, say hanap ka lang ng magandang quality of fruits and veggies ie strawberries, sobrang mahal na.

    Dito puro crimes ang maririnig mo sa news. Cyempre dun di rin naman masasabi na 100% safe pero compared naman dito e ....

    Bulok din sistema dito, ng gobyerno, etc. Laging palakasan. Na try na namin manakawan, nagpunta kami sa police station, qc city hall etc, pagod na pagod kami, pawis na pawis. Maski computers sa police station di pa gumagana sobrang bulok na. Ang init init kasi sira electric fan nila. After months of waiting at pabalik balik dun, ala ring nangyari. Expected na yun, hindi naman nila nahuhuli yung mga criminals.

    Isa pang example, NBI clearance, sobra haba pila, sa mga malls alas kwatro may nakapila na.

    Nakakapasyal nga kami let's say sa US, pero gano katagal ko pagttrabahuhan yung nagasyos ko dun sa bakasyon na yun compared sa rate pag nasa AUS? Dito mataas sweldo namin pero pigang piga sa company. Minsan pati sabado may activity pa para sa company. E dun, I think mas commensurate ang sweldo.

    Marami pa pero yan lang muna. Of course, mas masaya talaga dito sa Pinas pero we'll give it up for the QUALITY OF LIFE na andun. Pwede naman sigurong maghanap ng pagkakaabalahan dun para sumaya rin.

    @johnvangie actually June 2 po kami nag lodge, June 6 nag upload ng docs. Pero ala pa po kami CO nag check kami ng email. And everyday check din kasi talaga naman mapapaabang ka sa next na mangyayari. Pero ok lang po kasi ala pa kaming na upload na mga ITRs, nawawala kasi namin yung for ibang years kaya inaasikaso namin cya bago ma assign yung CO :)
