Posting for a room we have available this June. 5 minute walk to Wolli creek station (has 2 lines Bondi junction line and Airport line) and Woolworths. 15 minute walk to Internatinal airport, 15 mins away to Town Hall and 20 mins by train to Bondi Station. For 1 person room is fully furnished, has bed, table chair and wardrobe. New property has amenities pool gym and sauna. Has swipe key very secured place. Pls pm me if interested thanks!

    If single pax $260. 2 weeks advance rent + 2 weeks bond. Bill sharing for gas electricity internet.

    If couple $300. 2 weeks advance rent + 2 weeks bond. Bill sharing for gas electricity + free internet.

    Room is ready 2 occupy now ty.
