@jvframos pasensya na po kung madaming tanong.. feeling ko lang kasi bka pwede na yung docs ko.. kasi yung (Diploma/PRC/Transcript) ko is authenticated na ng DFA, while yung PassportBioPage/MarriagCert(NSO)/BirthCert(NSO) is pwede naman inotarized dito sa UAE Embassy. or kelangan talaga from pati yun from DFA. may nkausap din kasi ako dito sa forum na nagpanotaryo lang sya.. yun po ba mga COE/payslip/resume eh may kelangan pang gawin? hahaha pasesya na, tinadtad na kita ng tanong... salamat po uli...

@kurtclarence may additional bayad po ang points test advise. in my opinion po, if I have the money naman, I'll go for PTA para sure ako sa points na i-claim ko sa EOI. Mas mainam ng sigurado kesa mag-overclaim ako ng points e magkakaproblema pako ng malaki. Once nag-apply ka na for Vetassess, may option dun if you're going to skills assessment lang or if you want to avail of their PTA.

@BeBBang thankyou po.. me and my husband,were planning to apply for state sponsorship sa WA by point test and using vetassess as our assessing authority.. (me-CE draftsperson, husband-Conference &Events Organizer), i thought magkaibang category sila.. so it means pala once na nagpaassess ako, idadagdag ko lang yung point test advice..kasi nga hindi nmn tlga ko sigurado sa mukukuha ko points sa school at work experience.. experience ko is around 3years.. hindi ko pa alam kung counted. kumbaga just to passed even without a point. As for my husband he had enough experience,pero yung work nya is not yung tinapos nya... so basically we just need to pass the assessment.. babawi na lang kami sa ielts/partner skills/age/state nomination/education (i might get the degree kasi may license ako as CE)... kaya ayun hindi na ko umaasa sa point sa work.. @BeBBang as for point test advice po,may dagdag ba na bayad yun? kasi additional sya?.. As for me na hindi hinahabol yung points sa work, pero hinahabol ko yung sa school. advisable ba na kumuha p kami nun.

Hi @kurtclarence, kumusta ang pagggather mo ng mga documents? CE draftsperson din ako at nagapply ng SS sa WA. When you say "around 3 years" ang work experience mo, do you mean more or less? Sa isang company lang ba itong experience mo as CE draftsperson? Mas maganda kung sa isang company lang or kahit dalawa para hindi masyadong mabusisi sa mga documents. Kahit eksaktong 3years lang work experience mo, pasok na yan at pwede ka pa rin makaclaim ng points. Just make sure na kumpleto ang requirements mo dito at lahat certified copies. Yung employment certificate ko ay walang nakalagay na job description so ang ginawa ko ay inupdate ko ang company CV ko at pinapirmihan sa CAD leader ng region namin at CAD manager ko. No need to CTC na yung CV mo.

I'm not sure about the importance of authentication sa DFA or NSO sa Pinas, but the requirements in AU is Certified True Copy. So meaning kahit na authenticated pa yang mga documents mo ng DFA, kelangan ipaCTC mo pa rin yan, that's what I did. Pakiclarify na lang po sa ibang mga experts dito.

Ang CE draftsperson po ay open pa ata sa halos lahat ng states, so mas maganda kung visa subclass 189 na yung kuhanin nyo.

As for the PTA, nagavail din ako ng service na ito kasi dko sure kung ilang points ang pwede kong iclaim sa education since nasa section 2 ang school ko. Sa PTA nakaindicate kung comparable ito sa AU bachelor degree so mas advisable na iavail mo na rin ito. Konti lang naman ang idadagdag mo sa bayad. Parang $80aud ata, dko lang maalala.

I hope makatulong, magtanong ka lang kung may mga kelangan ka pang iclarify. Pero medyo busy lang kasi lately kaya di ako madalas makabisita dito.

@clickbuddy2009 wow detalyado.. salamat po... eh pano po yung COE/Payslip pinapa-ctc din ba yun.. yun po bang CTC at notarized magkaiba?... naguguluhan po kasi ko sa CTC, Notarized at DFA authentication... Kung ok lang po.. pwede ba ko humingi ng sample ng Resume nyo.. puro office work lang kasi at masyadong simple yung resume ko... di ko alam kung pano magiging appealing.. nakausap ko naman na yung manager at senior ko and is willing sila pirmahan... maraming maraming salamat po

@BeBBang thankyou po,so mainam din pala talaga na kumuha na nun para sigurado.. ask ko lang po if dito ka din UAE.. isa na lang ang mejo naguguluhan ako.. yung pagkakaiba ng CTC at notarized.. may nabasa kasi ko na pinanotarized nya lahat ng docs nya (hindi ko na nga lang maalala at mahanapan), at as per @clickbuddy2009 pina-CTC nya din lahat. ano ba yung difference nun... meron kasi notarized service ang philippine embassy dito sa UAE.. maganda sana kung di ko na papadala sa pinas... thankyou po uli

I guess pwede talaga yung NOtarials sa Philippine Embassy (Got this sa Vetassess section) who can Certify my Docs.

Any person or certifying authority recognised by law of the country in which you live in can certify your documents. The list of authorised officers include (but not limited to):

a justice of the peace or a bail justice
a police officer
an Australian registered migration agent
a notary public (ETO PO YUN)
an Australian consular officer or Australian diplomatic officer (within the meaning of the Consular Fees Act 1955).

@kurtclarence - di pwede yung notarized docs from UAE Embassy. So please do not commit the same mistake I did. Sayang lang. Dito ako based sa abu dhabi naman. Nangyari na kasi yan sa isang client ng agent ko at di raw tinanggap ng assessing body. In my case, pinadala ko lahat ng orig docs ko s agent ko based in oz and sya na nagpa-notarized dun dahil libre naman daw. After notarization, pinadala n lang nya ulet lahat ng orig docs ko via regular mail.

My personal opinion, kailangn mo mag work kasi requirement yun for the visa (for some occupations)..

Mostly ksi para un sa mga nandito na sa AU with temporary working visa.. So para maging PR sila kailngn may job or job offer sila..

I read from their website na for PROFESSIONALS, minimum requirement for IELTS is band 7, pero meron po bang nainvite dito na below 7? Please advise po.. sayang kasi available pa yung sa Industrial Engineer pero as per my agent d daw ako pasok kasi nga meron akong below 7 sa IELTS..

i hv just checked using anzscosearch.com, NSW and WA lang available states. NSW will open by 14 Oct. ang pagkakaalam ko is min. 6 in each band ung required. unless 189 ung iaaply sayo ng agent mo, kaya 7 in each band required nia kasi depende un IELTS score sa total points mo.

ang alam ko bayad na agad once mag submit ka ng application sa WA. indi ko sure kung pwede yang gagawin mo, anu ba advice ng agent mo? kasi if min. of 7 ang required, chances are, hindi tlaga tanggapin pag may below 7 ka.

Hi all. Does anybody know if there's a way to get around the sched 2 reqt? Like to say that there's strong family ties and loads of job openings? I really want to go for the wa ss kaya lang the job offer reqt is pulling us down. I'm afraid to ask the wa govt kasi... I've been inactive while waiting for my assessment result. Now I've got it but currently cannot move forward.

Any advice?

Hi @kurtclarence. If your assessing body is vetassess also, point test advice does not have an extra fee unless you are asking them to advice on a postgraduate degree. In my case, got the assessment with my qualification not related to my NO. Requested for a point test advice also and they assessed it as comparable to Australian bachelor's degree. Paid only 630$. Skills assessment + advisory letter.
