4, according sa contract 38 hrs pr week sila nag wowork,
=eh ang work nila now is 12 hrs per day for 4 days,8 days for forthnight

1. dapat nila linawin yan kung kanino sila reporting. but a 457 visa by law in australia is directly tayo reporting sa employer (sponsor ng visa natin). at needed na ang sahod is through a bank. so ung friend mo directly niya matatanggap ang sahod (taxable). Hindi ko lang sure kung magkano ang minimum na sahod by law for a 457 visa. estimate ko is 60K annually. Bigyan kita ng example.
- I have a friend na working in philippines, yung company niya is ipapadala siya dito sa australia to work for 8 months under branch nila sa autralia. to do that ng sponsor si australia branch ng 457 visa for him. and yung work niya sa philippines is being stopped or paused for the meantime. pag natapos na yung work niya babalik siya sa pinas at resume yung work niya doon OR pwede siya ma absord ni austrlia branch at di na babalik sa pinas na branch.
2. personal expenses (food, accommodation and etc) is not NOT SHOULDERED for a company here in Australia since you are considered as employee already. some may give allowance but depends on the contract. dapat review nila ung pinirmahang kontrata nila.
3. sila lang mkakasagot bakit marami sila boss, baka marami sila pinirmahan at meron na sila kasunduan bago umalis ng pinas. as rule 457 visa employee is directly reporting sa sponsoring company.
4. if that contract is from austalia company under 457 visa, working 38 hours, im pretty sure meron din nakasulat regarding overtime and ot pays plus benefits. kasi strict si australia regarding employee welfare. review na lang ung pinirmahan nila. not unless ang sinsabing contract is ung pinirmahan nila sa agency if meron man.
5. eto ung link ng 457 visa from immi website. https://www.immi.gov.au/media/fact-sheets/48b-temporary-business-visa.htm

Kaya konting ingat.

Question lang po. Thanks and hope to read your comments/suggestions.

In my case, my sponsoring employee facilitated and coordinated everything with the MA. Iningian lang nila ako ng requirements such as Passport, CV, Qualifications, Employment Reference, IELTS (yung iba di na po nag take ng IELT, they just provided evidence from school that english was their medium of language).
There are 3 phases nung application:
Sponsorship - if your AU employer is not yet an approved Sponsoring Business then they'll have to lodge an application to be one.
Nomination - When sponsorhip gets approved, they will then Lodge an application nominating you for the position.
Application - when the nomination gets approved, you will then need to undergo your own application for 457 visa
Yung MA na nagprocess ng papers ko lodge everything (sponsorship, nomination and application) all at the same time. So when the sponsorship and nomination got approved, they already have my application and immediately requested for medicals and health insurance coverage.
Nasa Pinas po ba kayo? You may also want to check the standard POEA employment contract http://www.poea.gov.ph/docs/sec_various_new.pdf. Since direct hire tayo, we need to secure OEC before we can leave PH on 457 visa. I had my contract revised to include section 12(repatriation of remains in case of death)
Hope this helps. GoodLuck!

So initially kokontakin ka nila sa email then sasabihin nila kung available ka for phone interview or skype?
