@boyhumble siguro off the record na pero ang sasabihin ata nila "Im sorry that's not my expertise" kasi pang student visa counselling lang sila Yung free service. pero in my case alam mo dapat di na ko dadaan sa IDP. Pero yung uni ko sabi gusto nila na mag IDP student ako kasi makakatulong sakin yon sa immigration tsaka sa pag-aaral sa australia dahil nga malawak ung student support ng IDP.

@boyhumble Yes, Alma Galvez. Very nice and professional sya, expert like everyone else in their office. Graduate ako ng Diploma of Midwifery, but never had a chance to take the board exam. Worked in BPO industry since after graduation. Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Nursing ang course ko at Menzies, Melbourne. Sana talaga ibigay na ni Lord to. O:-)

1. Yung school mo ay ikaw mismo ang pumili prior to IDP application and expo? Or si IDP or yung expo ang nagbigay sayu ng school?
2. Yung course mo na diploma and advance diploma, sino ang pumili nun? Ikaw or ini-suggest ni agent Alma?
3. Kung suggestion nya, bakit daw yun ang ini-suggest nya?
4. Ilang years lahat yun? dip + adv dip?
5. Nabanggit nya ba yung post-study-work visa? Ano pong mga qualifications?
6. Tapos ka na sa GTE?
7. Oks lang kaya na mabanggit ang tungkol sa PR?

@boyhumble Yes, pray at tiwala lang talaga hanggang sa makuha. Ako mismo pumili ng school ko at course na gusto ko during the idp expo. Pero syempre, gusto ng mga schools na related sa course mo dito sa Phl yung kukunin mo. Yung course ko ay 18 months Diploma at 6 months Adv Diploma. Yung sa GTE - nagpasa ako ng Statement of Purpose sa school ko as required yun bago sila magbigay ng letter of offer saken. Di pa namin napagusapan sa IDP yung sa post-study work visa, plan ko idiscuss yun sa kanya after visa grant. Regarding sa PR, I think alam naman nila the obvious reason bat gusto naten makarating dun hehe, pero IDP kasi is more focused on education and placing students. Kaya di ko na binanggit sa kanya.

Panung off the record? I mean di na ba nila ikaw I-aassist pag nalaman nilang yun ang reason mo? Yup heard of that. Ang mga universities ay institution din kaya pwede silang mag-sponsor or process for student visa, basta kumpleto ang requirements ng student. Lately ko lang nalaman ang student placement ni IDP, alam ko lang before is they cater IELTS. May komisyon kasi ang IDP sa bawat endorsement nila sa schools/universities, baka ganun..

@boyhumble Hindi naman sa off the record, of course iaasist ka pa rin nila as long as gusto mo talaga mag enroll thru them at yung school na gusto mo pasukan ay partner school nila. Totoo rin na pwede ka na mag enroll direct to uni/schools without an agent. Yun nga lang, ikaw lahat mag process ng papers mo up to lodging of visa. Ako din late ko na nalaman na they do student placement pala, akala ko ay IELTS lang. What's good with enrolling thru an agent is, meron mag assist sayo sa mga papers mo (like correction and all), then may mahihingan ka ng tips sa pag asikaso, most especially it's your first time. And with IDP, aside from free lahat ng services nila, marami silang partner uni/schools and yung reputation nila sa australian embassy is pretty good. Yun yung sabi saken ng mga uni/school reps na nakausap ko during their expo. We have freedom daw to process it on our own, pero IDP daw is like a "connection" to embassy.

1. Graduate ka nang Diploma in Midwifery pero ang ini-suggest pa din sayu to take dun (AU) ay Diploma? then Adv dip.
2. May nabanggit ba siya tungkol sa AL? - AL exempt, AL1 and AL2.
3. May show money kang pinakita? I mean nanghingi ba si school ng proof of funds or proof of access to funds (aside sa GTE) upon application?
4. Visa 572 and 573 po, ano ang main na pinagkaiba? 572 ka po diba?
5. Kasama ba sa pag-apply ng enrolment or admission sa school ang health clearance,, or kapag sa visa na application na sa AU embassy upon submission ng COE (Cert of Enrol).

@boyhumble high risk country kasi yung Pinas. Parang yung uni, gusto nila ang IDP mag assure sa kanila. Actually kasi wala naman akong agent. DIY lang naman ako initially pero since kelangan para makapasok, nag IDP ako.

@boyhumble 1) Aside from suggestion ng school yun, choice ko talaga yung course na kukunin ko, bachelor of nursing kasi talaga prefered ko pero expensive kasi kaya mag Diploma + Adv Diploma nalang muna ako. 2) Yung AL (or Assesment Level), hindi ko gaano kabisado. Hehe, baka mali-mali pag inexplain ko, follow this link nalang: http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Stud/Stud. 3) Yung school ko humingi ng proof of funds (bank certs and statements), tas sa embassy ay declaration of access to funds nalang. 4) Subclass 572 po ako since Dip + Adv Dip ang kukunin ko - considered sya as a VET course (Vocational Education and Training). Yung 573 naman ay yung mga bachelor courses or higher education. 5) I am not sure about health clearance na tinutukoy mo, maybe you mean ay yung medical exams? Sa visa application na hinihingi yung medical exam.

@marchbaby Hello, sorry ngayon lang ulit ako nakapag bukas. yes meron po akong interview. regarding sa de facto status ko since kasama sa application ko yung partner ko. pero that was just a quick interview lang.
